You guys do get that feeling, right? When there's this wonderfully perfect OTP you ship, and then you come onto AFF hoping to find some awesome stories about them, and then realise hardly anyone even knows they exist. Or, if you write a story about that OTP, and then some readers come on demanding other couples and bashing your fic cos it doesn't have the couple they want. 

I really feel like kicking something every time I think about it. 

Take, for example, my favourite OT3: JB/Jiyeon/Myungsoo. 

JJCouple isn't very well-known compared to Myungyeon, and honestly, I was introduced to JJCouple first. Even up till now, I still kinda prefer JJCouple, although I ship Myungyeon too. But what really pissed me off was when I was happily writing my JJCouple(ft Myungsoo as second lead) fanfics, and then this flood of Myungyeon shippers came on, complaining that they didn't want Jiyeon to end up with JB. 

I'm sorry, but the story is MINE. If I was undecided about the pairing, I would ask my readers what they think. But when I DON'T ask my readers about the pairing, it means I've ALREADY GOT THE DAMNED STORY PLANNED OUT and there is NO WAY IN HELL I'M CHANGING IT JUST BECAUSE YOU WON'T STOP WHINING ABOUT IT. 

Just saying. 

Okay, I kinda went off-track here. I actually started this blog post to talk about some of the awesome pairings in Kpop that I love, but few others do. 

1. JJCouple

Okay, you guys just heard me on this one. I just think they have wonderful chemistry on DH2, and don't even mention Rubik Couple to me, because I will throw you off the building. 

This couple isn't all that obscure, but it's definitely a lot less popular than Myungyeon. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hating on Myungyeon. I love both ships, I just don't like it when some Myungyeon shippers start insulting JJCouple. Nevertheless, I think that one of the reasons why JJCouple is not that popular is because most people prefer Myungyeon, and some readers are so narrow-minded that they only care about the pairing they like. They're not open-minded enough to read for the story, or accept other pairings. 

C'mon, people, I really need more JJCouple fans to spazz with T.T

2. Woomin(Woohyun/Hyomin)

The Thousandth Man. Need I say more? 

Started out as a crackship, ended up becoming one of my favourite ships ever. But people seem to hate on them all the time, and I don't even get why. There was once I was discussing Infinite with my friends, and then someone brought up Myungyeon, and everyone started oohing and aahing. Then I brought up Woomin and they started cursing me and discussing Hyomin's bad points. -.- 

Guys, c'mon. Go watch The Thousandth Man. I swear to god, you'll love Woomin after that show.

3. Hoji (Hoya/Eunji)

I don't ship Pinkfinite, but Hoji is the one exception. They're just so adorable together!!! At first I liked them cos they had moments in variety shows, then they acted together in Reply 1997, and I decided they were awesome. I know they're not the OTP, far from it, but every time I saw Hoya and Eunji together on the screen I just started squealing. Eunji is like, the one and only person I ship Hoya with. 

4. Wootae (Wooyoung/Taeyeon)

Wootae is obscure for the same reasons as JJCouple - it's outshadowed by another, more popular couple. In this case, Taeteuk. Now, whereas I love both Myungyeon and JJCouple, I absolutely CANNOT stand Taeteuk. They just don't look good together. And frankly, Leeteuk is my least favourite member in Suju. I just dislike him. I used to be partial to Taeteuk, but then I read all those articles about him being a freaking playboy and flirting with all kinds of celebrities and idols and...no, just no. 

Wootae are super cute together - just look at their time together on WinWin and you can tell. They're comfortable with each other, their ages are close. Simply put, they're friends, and I like to think that they can even be something more. 

That's about it for now - if I think of any other obscure couples I like, I'll probably just update this blog post.
