After watching another fancam, there seems to be a plot twist. In this fancam (smtown SG), it's pretty clear that baekhyun is trying to stay around taeyeon. No matter where he goes, he will make sure he ends up beside taeyeon. IDK if I'm thinking too much, but it's obvious. There are too many possible reasons. We would never know but only they will. Just hope that they can solve it and neutralize the situation. Many possible reason behind baekhyun's change. I pointed out some in my comments below. The most likely is baekhyun trying to avoid unfavorable scandals. I m sure baekhyun is aware of the baekyeon vibe. But he's just a rookie and he's bounded by SM contract. He can't afford to make mistakes now. He has a career and image to protect. I think he is better mastered in his public image now and knows how to manage his behavior in public. I guess he purposely treated taeyeon coldly and ignored her presence to stop people from spreading him having crush on taeyeon. Tbh, although i understand that, i didn't like it. Like Penguinlovesdeer said, it's okay to maintain a pure sunbae-hoobae relationship. There is no need to become strangers, especially taeyeon has helped exo in promoting them when they first debuted. She is still a good sunbae afterall. So IDK. Maybe under the pressure of fame, fans, career prospect, plus knowing that 'crush' is not geting anywhere, he choose to end it and treats nothing ever happened.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who thinks that way. I must also agree with you guys. My poor shipping heart. It's really hard for us to get over them because they became so awkward and cold to each other all of a sudden. I remember after SMT Seoul this year, they went for the 14th Korea-china music festival. At that time, we can see that Taeyeon is not really in the mood and Baekhyun who was standing right behind of him seemed to be worried. Many fancams pointed out how he will glance and stare at her from behind. His mood seems to get affected by taeyeon too. Besides, we can totally see that the girls (hyoyeon and sunny?) who were standing beside him were whispering while looking at him and taeyeon. Maybe they are just chatting about something else but we won't know right? And I think that's the last precious moment we got from both of them.
