Should I cut my hair????

So.......I'm having this problem of deciding whether I should cut my hair or not. If your wondering how long my hair is, its probably bout until my waist. Is that too long??? Should I cut it? Also, should I rebond my hair? I mean it's pretty straight except for the tip of my hair where it curvs slightly inwards. The previous time I cut my hair, they layered it. And When i got a fringe, I didn't ask for it to be layerd but the hairdresser layered it so..-.-" But that was bout two years ago and it grew long anyways. So! should I cut my hair?

It's up to you. I'm personally growing out my hair, right now my hair is about to my waist as well. Ha ha, but yeah, if you feel as if you want to cut your hair then you should. The only time your hair is too long, is when you have to hold it so it does not fall in the toilet. Now that, my friend, is way too long. Overall, I'm sure it will look nice either way, work it girl! >w<
