Naryeo may appear quiet and mysterious at first but she has this warm, friendly vibe around her that makes many people intimidated by her. This causes a person to often underestimate her for someone who’s very sensitive and insecure in her heart, but Naryeo is nothing like that. Even though she puts up a mysterious façade, Naryeo is, in fact, very open-minded and easy to approach. She doesn’t mind being alone as she likes to focus herself on things that interest her and she never really paid much attention to what other people think of her. However, she always tries not to reveal too much about herself as she finds it hard to trust people and takes her time opening up to someone. Even though she seeks interest in things that mainly guys are interested in, hence motorbike riding, sports and DJ-ing, Naryeo is a person you could talk to about anything as she also likes to know about the things that don’t fit in her circle of interests. She’s very devoted and passionate when it comes to something she does or loves. Naryeo is the kind of person who believes she can always do better than she’s already doing. She always tries her best, is always willing to learn more or something new, hates mistakes and always tries her best and goes hard on herself, putting others’ wellbeing before her own. People are often surprised at how emotionally strong, independent and confident Naryeo is.
Naryeo is very confident and independent, very mature responsible for her age. She doesn’t like to argue and would do anything to avoid fight at any cost, however, she’s straightforward and honest, and is not afraid to tell the truth into the person’s face. She does it only for the best, as she hates people faking, ing or picking on her or anyone she cares about. She’s a loyal and trustworthy friend, always there to provide some kind of comfort and support to those who need it.
Naryeo doesn’t like aegyo but she doesn’t dislike it either. Actually, she has giant immunity to it and using it on her is like doing it to a brick wall. She’s very patient and doesn’t lose her temper easily. family background ♡ 
Yang Naryeo was born as Yeo Na Young in Busan to a Korean father Yeo Sung Min and half Korean, half Thai mother Lim Sara. Her family was very poor and could barely provide for themselves yet alone for a child. However, they worked hard to provide Na Young with a better life, they were good parents after all, but nothing seemed to work. When Na Young was two years old, her younger brother Dae Young was born, Yeos figured that they can’t provide for two kids. So they sadly had to give up both their 2-year-old daughter and 3-month-old son for adoption.
Na Young and Dae Young grew up in the Busan Orphanage in a good care and they pretty normal childhood. Even though they kept to themselves and Dae Young would sometimes be picked on because he was mute, Na Young was always there for him to protect him. When Na Young was 12, a nice couple named Yang form Seoul wanted to adopt her, however they weren’t planning on adopting her brother. Na Young didn’t want to leave without her brother so Yangs agreed to take them both in.
Yeo Na Young then became Yang Naryeo, with her brother being named Yang Daye, and they moved to Seoul where they were provided with a rather luxury life. Their foster parents, Yang Jong Hyun and Yang Min Hee took good care of Naryeo and her brother and they were raised into very nice people. Naryeo was a very good student in school, working hard, being a nice kid, never disappointing her foster parents. She grew to respect her foster parents and love them just as her own, even though she didn’t remember them well. When Naryeo was 17, she got a chance to meet her biological parents who managed to get a better life standard after years. Naryeo and her brother are happy to know that they parents didn’t leave them because they wanted to but Naryeo can’t help but feel slightly closer to her foster parents than her biological parents.
Even though being girly, Naryeo was always interested in boyish things like cars, motorcycles and computers and as a kid she had a dream to become an engineer (even though she didn’t know what that means at the time). At the same time, she was also interested in music and dancing. Being adopted into a family where Mrs Yang is a manager for SM Ent. and Mr Yang is working in the same entertainment company as a sound technician, Naryeo was influenced to mix both her passion for technology and music together and work with great artists like her foster father.

Naryeo wears whatever she finds comfortable even if it’s cheap. She likes to wear girly or funky clothes but she often combines them with weary, street clothes (example ripped jeans) unless dressed formally. She loves wearing Converse shoes, motorbike boots or simple flats and the only time she would wear heels is when she has to wear a dress. She has a rather simple style, jeans (ripped, coloured or just plain), some nicely looking shirt (with print or brightly coloured), leather jacket or hoodie and comfortable pair of shoes. She loves accessories but doesn’t go overloads with them. She especially loves wearing a bunch of bracelets on her right arm and earrings. Also, she loves braiding her hair and it is a very recognizable hairstyle for her.

his personality ♡  He is a very popular boy in the school but is nowhere near arrogant or bratty. He’s not popular because of his background, which isn’t really rich, but because of his looks, good grades and achievements and his personality. He’s very easy going, talkative and fun to be around. He makes anyone feel good and accepted, makes anyone laugh and could light up even the rainiest day by simply smiling. He isn’t the class clown and doesn’t like attracting attention by being loud but he is very friendly, trustworthy and warm-hearted even though he has a charismatic and manly vibe around him. He’s still young so he’s very hyperactive, takes everything as a joke and is very competitive, especially when it comes to sports. He has a great passion for soccer and basketball and even though he really enjoys them, he often has an urge to prove himself to people that he’s ‘the best’ in it. He can be stubborn and when he really wants something, he’s ready to devote himself to it.

your relationship ♡  He is infatuated by her kindness, confidence and independence the moment he met her when he accidentally bumped into his brother and Naryeo in the café he likes to go to with his friends. He was star-struck right away and since then he couldn’t separate himself from her. He knew she saw him just as her friend’s little brother but being stubborn he just had to prove it to her that he could be a man just like his brother and take good care of her. He started to fall hard for Naryeo when he figured that they have a lot in common and how much his life seemed complete when he was around her. Naryeo was flattered to have such a young admirer, finding his behaviour cute and thinking that it’s just a phase for him to feel attracted to older girls. However, she couldn’t help but feel infatuated by his presence, realizing how time flies by when she spends her time with him.

Unlike his brother who is very friendly and is competitive, Siwon/Yong Guk is a down-to-earth kind of guy who is a definition of a gentleman. He’s kind and cares deeply about those who are important to him. He’s a very patient person and treats everyone around him with equal respect, kindness and honesty. He has a big heart and hates seeing people hurt. Even though he shows off a charismatic and hard-to-get attitude that attracts a lot of women and teenage girls, most of the time, he is rather a rather quiet person and doesn’t talk too much. He’s a very modest guy who dislikes being flattered about his good looks or great achievements. He’s open-minded and humours but only when he wants to be. He doesn’t like competing but he always tries his best in whatever situation. 

your relationship ♡  They met at the college as they’re both going to Konkuk University but didn’t really formally met until Naryeo’s second year where he was a senior. Naryeo feels attracted to him right away but is not aware that he has had a crush on her since he first saw her on her first year when she was still dating her ex. He was her perfect type, a manly gentleman on the outside but goofy and adorable on the inside. Just like her ex-boyfriend that she still couldn’t forget. They became good friends even though they didn’t click right away as they felt a bit awkward. Even though they didn’t have many things in common, they gave each other a chance and grew interest in each other. Naryeo grew attached to him since she sought comfort in him after the heartbreaking break up with her ex.

 

who do you end up with ♡ 
High schooler. Naryeo tried her best to avoid him and fight off her feelings for him, give his brother a chance, finding an excuse in her busy schedule and studies. For some (unexplainable) reason she wasn’t able to confront the high schooler about their relationship, especially after his confession, and for the first time Naryeo feels concerned what would people think if she was dating a younger guy. When she thought she picked right, the high schooler thought he should give up but for some reason he couldn’t. He was always there somewhere in the background and over the time Naryeo realized how empty she was without him. Even though she felt more like a woman in the embrace of the older brother, Naryeo couldn’t help but feel slight emptiness in her heart that always seemed full when she was around the high schooler.  She had so much more in common with the younger than the older brother, and even though he was younger than her and definitively wasn’t her type, she decided to give it a try and to continue ignoring other people like she has until now.
