Standpoint of a fangirl

Even after I had bought the tickets and held them in my hands, the whole situation seemed like a joke to me. They can’t be coming. I was waiting with my best guy friend behind some bars with a lot of people, looking at the cops in horses at the other side; they were there so the fans wouldn’t jump the bars and enter to the amphitheater like some crazy psychos. We waited around 4 or 5 hours with a killer sun above us until the people started to stand up and squeeze each other so they could pass the bars. The cops let us pass one by one, so the chaos was huge. They almost broke my arm, I was tired as hell and I had a very bad mood at that time, but when my friend and I already gave our tickets to the entrance girl and have passed, I was happy as hell.

I still can’t believe this.

We entered into the amphitheater and sat in the gallery section, luckily, under the shadows so we wouldn’t die under the sun rays. We waited another two and a half hours and the presenter introduced the groups that were going to sing.

This is kind of a dream.

I yelled for the firsts groups at the beginning, but then I decided to stop doing it so I could scream for the last group, the one that I was waiting for. The one that made all that waiting and suffering valuable.

Suddenly, the lights went off and the music started to sound. The flashing lights and the stream in the scenario made my heart started to beat quickly.

Oh my God, oh my God!

They’re really here!

That’s Kyuhyun! And that’s Eunhyuk!

Their last comeback song started to sound and all the ELFs present, including myself, started to scream our lungs out. After their first song, they introduced themselves and started to make some jokes. We all laughed with them, waved our hands, balloons and lighsticks to them.

My dream has came true: I’m watching a live Super Junior concert. I’m in the Sapphire Blue Ocean.

They sang 4 other songs: Mr. Simple, Bonamana, Miracle and Sorry Sorry. Then, all the groups that came to the K-POP festival sang “Run to you” and said goodbye to all the crowd. I stood there, motionless; then I quickly turned to my friend and we hugged each other tightly.

I was in such a shock state, that I didn’t talk to my friend until we entered into the car; when I came back to reality, I cried. Three times.

I still want to cry when I remember and sometimes, I still can’t believe that it happened.

Thank you ELF for making this possible, because if it wasn’t for you, I couldn’t have accomplished my dream.
