SM Rappers

Okay so this is a RANT.

So I went and checked on ALLKPOP. I see an artical on Bang Yong Guk, the y guy from SECRET Ji Eun's solo song 'Going Crazy'. Of course being his BIG TIME obsesser fan, I went and clickyclicky.

http://www.allkpop.com/2011/08/bang-yong-guk-earns-attention-for-being-the-second-t-o-p

At first I was like, "Oh, um, okay then. He's still hot."

Then I went to look at the comments. They started resonable with the deffending that Bang Yong Guk shouldnt be title as anyone's second, but then I started reading the comments about Choi Minho, SHINee's Minho.

The majority of the comments on him were "He's not even a rapper.", "I like SHINee but I really don't think Minho should be there.", "No one from SMent can rap.", "Amber's okay, but f(x) has too many english lines."

HERE'S WHAT I GOTTA SAY!

So Minho can't rap at the speed of light, SO WHAT?! He had spent most of his childhood and teen years of hard work trying to earn a name he might've NOT EVEN GOTTEN. He could've been like any other kid on the street, but NO, he wanted to be KNOWN for something. He worked his OFF trying to earn the title as an entertainer, as a RAPPER. And for a bunch of unknown "critics" to say that he's not a rapper, that is DISRESPECTFUL and DEGRADING to Minho. You've taken away the pride and title of a person who tries so damn hard to please the media and the fans and even the anti-fans, because that's HIM, that's what he's suppose to do. The least you can do for him as payback for the sweat and stress is acknoweldge what he had strived for and struggled towards.

As for Amber, she's an ABC: American-Born-Chinese. NO KOREAN THERE. Yet she's making it big in S. KOREA. The reason WHY she has less Korean to rap is because she's not native to anything Korean. She was born in California and the closest thing she probably had to Korean is the KTowns and Korean BBQs.

Yes, I know there's also another Chinese that raps and speaks fluent Korean. Miss A's Jia. The obvious reason she does so well is because JYP Ent makes their trainees train for YEARS and YEARS and YEARS. They're being taught to speak fluently in multiple languages, dance gracefully yet powerfully, sing melodiously and passionatly, and have the strongest stamina in all of the debuted groups. How many times have you seen a JYP group look or sound tired?! Maybe once or twice but that's it! With the exception of 2PM, becuase they have made it BIGBIGBIG and are everywhere at once!

Unlike Jia, Amber wasn't trained so harshly and long enough to be as fluent in Korean than others. And f(x) has more english lines because that appeals to the Americans and other countries that speak English. Besides, English is one of the most universal language. And if you think about it, f(x) doesn't even have that many Eng lines compared to other groups.

So, really, just appreciate and stop insulting what idols do because if you don't like it doesn't mean everyone else dislikes their work, too.

I don't think anyone has the right to say anything about SM. They work their asses off harder than American entertainers. American entertainers to train before performing or making it "big time".

@sujudork602 Takes endurance to sing and dance at the same time, but also JYP likes to focus more on the dances than the music. >_< The music's great, but they focus way more on dancing.

I just gotta say this, but in miss A, most of the time they sound out of breath. Sure, they're good rappers, but even when amber's rapping while dancing, she never sounds out of breath.
training in SM is harding than JYP because in SM from the beginning the singers can sing and dance at the same time without feeling out of breath.
sorry, I couldn't help but say that :P
