Period 7.  

How would you feel if you are living in a civilization where the weather was almost unpredictable? Most of the time, it would be sunny and warm, but when there is a storm, it will be something that you will be remembering.
Austrantica is a civilization that is located by the east of Antarctica and Australia. It is an unusual place for a little island to be in between but that is just the way it is. Austrantica's specialty is the unique trees that grow there and how amazing it is that trees and crops are able to grow in weather likes that.

The first thing about Austrantica that makes it the perfect civilization is how important writing is to them. The people of Austrantica write about many things. From the stories since they were young to how the gods saved their lives.
The Austrantica writings about the gods were very important. The things they wrote were almost the same as the things that were written in the bible. The Austranticans made a book similar to a bible about how important the gods are in their lives and religion. Some chapters even include pictures of the gods.
They also wrote about other things like how their land was made and how they survived up to today.
Not only are the gods and their lives important enough to be written down, the people also wrote about the heroes and soldiers that have saved their lives and land in wars. In addition, the Austranticans wrote it down just like how history was written. Moving on to the second important thing in my civilization which is the government and how things worked out without any war or fights.

Government is the second most important thing in a civilization. It is all about things ruled and how the king keeps everyone together in one agreement. That agreement is that; if you are poor or rich, it does not matter. You all will be treated the same way.
Austrantica is one of the most peaceful civilizations because they do not have any other lands near them so no one will fight for any lands. Even if it is peaceful and have no wars, things still have its rules. The rules might sound easy to follow but they are not. If you break a rule, there are three levels of consequences. Consequences are not that bad, but they are bad enough to make sure you do not make the same mistake again. Most punishments are not near being executed or anything. The worst consequence is the level 3 punishment, which is supreme bad; that can lead to death. There are no warnings in my civilization. The choices you make all have consequences and so if you chose to make a bad choice, the outcome will be bad as well.
The last and most important characteristic that makes my civilization perfect is the food supply.

In order to survive, you, of course, need good. Food is one of the most important things. In my civilization, food is almost more than enough.
Most people do not starve unless they are slaves, which is rare. The foods that we grow are mostly fruits. . Approximately 30% of the populations are farmers. The farmers work for others and are paid with the food that they grew themselves, which is fair enough. Aside from farming, hunting is also important. Most people hunt wild animals, while others have their own animals. The most common animal the Austranticans hunt would be the buffalo.

Austrantica is the perfect civilization because of its writing about the gods, rules and consequences made by the government, and lastly; the food supply. So now, after learning some new things about Austrantica, what are your thoughts about it? Would you live in a peaceful civilization like this, or would you prefer somewhere like where you are living right now?
