During my stay in this country, I met  a clumsy girl who somehow caught my attention.

With such a kind smile and gentle heart ,

She broke into my defenses and I unknowingly let her into my heart.

"Music is my priority."

But then, my arrogant self saw her as a weakness.

"You are just a distraction."

A soft spot in my heart that I needed to get rid of.

"I don't want you in my life."

And so that was exactly what I did.

But then I realized...

my tears wouldn't stop afterwards.

How I just threw away the thing that I LOVED THE MOST.

Soon after that, I moved back to America..

You wrote me a letter everyday even though I never wrote back.

"please take care of yourself."

"Goodluck on your next music performance."

"Please wear a scarf since it is very cold. I don't want to see you sick."

"The news said that you hurt your wrist. I hope you're okay now."

Your letter were all about me.

You never stopped caring did you?

And then, one day..

your letter suddenly stopped coming.

A letter from your grandmother explained the reason.

She was sick.. even before you left.. she didn't tell you.. because she don't want to hurt you.. she really loves you.. and before she caught her last breath.. she said to me that I will say to you that she still loves you.

The letter was long but those sentences sank into my mind.

You were a simple girl  while I am forced to live with this tragedy.

*drip* *drip* drip* my tears didn't stop flowing and my body is shaking and feeling weak.

...

If only I can turn back time and redo things all over again.

If ever I am given the chance, I'll do things DIFFERENTLY.

Those must be the saddest words in the world.
