Seriously, are Niel and SungJong related or something!? O_O

I was watching Teen Top's new mv (which I looooove by the way!) and I was watching Niel dance, and I thought that his face, especially his mouth looks so familiar, and his way of moving reminds me of someone... And his voice too! Seriously for a moment I thought I was watching Infinite's SungJong dance! They are so similar!

Is this just that kind of a "look-a-like" thing (like Mir & Hongki) or are they related..?
