Characters Type: Stealthy Fighter/Killer

Personality: Tobi Bae is a hot-tempered fairy. People call her hard-headed in the sense that she doesn't like to be told what to do. She needs to do things her way or she wouldn't do it. She's independent. She doesn't play too well with others. Because she doesn't like being told what to do, she gets into fights a lot with her teammates. 

Her sweet looks are very deceiving and she used that to her advantage. No one suspects that she's a killing machine and that's her strongest point. She's very clever, finding her way out of all sorts of situations. She plays the innocent charade very well, using her long legs and slim waist to the best of their abilities without seeming seductive. She is very persuasive and can get the answers/truth out of anyone. 

What most people don't know about Tobi Bae, is that she's very sentimental. Every little action tells a story. She is very analytic. She can figure out a person in a moment's time. Something so little can mean so much to her. With the way you hold your cup or how you sit down in a chair, she can figure out whether you're a friend or an enemy. She's cocky and arrogant. She thinks so highly of herself sometimes that it gets her in trouble which will only cause fights and arguments.

Many people don't know this but once she cares for someone, she'll do whatever it takes to see that they don't get hurt. Tobi Bae is certainly a person who goes by what their heart says in order to do the right thing. She barely looks at logic and numbers. The only time she will is to determine a person's personality and goals. She doesn't plan things out and decides to live each moment like it's her last. This makes her a very spontaneous person.

There's a side to her that everyone fears and hates. Tobi Bae is a murderous person. But no one would see that at first. Some close friends don't believe that she ever killed a person. That's the thing, though. Her killing instinct isn't always there. It only decides to show its ugly face when Tobi Bae sees just a single drop for blood. Then she becomes ruthless. She won't hesitate to kill you even if your her best friend, as long as she gets to kill something. That's why her friends and family go out of their way to make sure she sees no blood whatsoever.

Likes: - chocolate; other than killing people for no apparent reason, this is her addiction

- high heels; she loves walking in them to make herself taller

- watermelon; it's the only fruit she adores to eat

- beaches; she loves the beach, even though she can't swim because of her wings

- strong cologne/perfume; it burns her sensitive fairy nostrils and she finds herself not being to breathe if she inhales it

Hobbies: - archery; no one can match up to her, and that's a fact

- flying; being a fairy, it's the one of the things she enjoys doing on a daily basis

Habits: - she turns away from people who are sitting beside or in front of her, just because she's not used to socializing with someone normally

Dressing Style: Tobi Bae would seem to have a tomboyish style to match her hot-temperedness. But that's not so. Either way, she loves to dress up. During her free time, you can see her wearing bright sundresses and short shorts. 1 2 Depending on how to go about her job, she'd either wear extremely formal clothing or y to throw them off. 1 2 During missions, she wears a black leather jacket over a white tank top. She wears tight black pants, almost to tight enough to be considered leggings. She has a crossbow on her back. She has an abundance of throwing daggers hidden in her mission outfit, as well as smoke bombs and small packets of fairy dust.

Description of appearance: She has a slim waist and long legs. She matured greatly for being only 17 years old. She has long mid-back length black hair with side-swept bangs. Her face shape is small and has cute cheeks and eyes.

~Good old times!~

History: Tobi Bae wasn't born with the thirst for  blood. She was cursed by an angry shadow man. He offered to raise her as his disciple but her parents refused. The shadow man was enraged and cursed Tobi Bae to forever be bloodthirsty until she finds true love's first kiss. No matter how cliche that sounds, all curses are broken that way. Ever since then, they trained Tobi Bae to mainpulate that bloodthirst into assassinations and bounty hunting.

Even without the curse, she would've been trained to kill anyways. Her family is a family of assassins. And her family isn't necessarily her whole family. The clan takes in siblings, orphans, whole familes even that need help and shelter. Then they train them to fight. The family has a werewolf, 2 vampires, 2 fairies, 5 witches/wizards, 7 humans and 3 mermaids. Tobi Bae is one of the fairies and the only person she considers her brother is the only werewolf.

Childhood: Training to be assassins isn't heartwrenching and cruel like most people make it out to be. They had a huge playground and an entertainment room. They had family movies and play dates. They went to amusement parks, carnivals and water parks. They are a family in every way but business and education. Other than that, they are a 'clan' and a 'training group', respectively. 

Tobi Bae always was a little detached from the others. Being the independant person she is, she didn't care for making bonds and friends. She could shake off all her other siblings but just not one. That was her older brother. The only person she entrusts everything to. When she's sick, he's the only one who has to say 'I do believe in fairies' to make her feel better. Normally, it would take a lot of people saying that to heal a fairy. 

She was the one always training the hardest. The family didn't go to public school. They were homeschooled and instead of science and math, weapons and fighting were taught. She was the second best in the class. No one could beat her brother. No one until she meets the youngest taekwondo master of all time. 

Up until she met this teenage master, she could always finish a job. She didn't know who he was or what he did. She just got ordered to kill him. She had the gun aimed straight for him but something about him made her stop. She felt something for once. So she didn't kill him. But never saw him again. 

Because she didn't know anything about him at the time, she had no idea that he aws going to be part of the ELITES with her. She didn't recognize him because a lot can change in a year and a half. She didn't kill people anymore and she actually looked more friendly and approachable, more than a fairy now than she ever did before, even as a child.

Family: [Lee] [Changsun Joon] || 24 ; February 7, 1988 || Bae and Joon are like two peas in a pod. Or like two bombs in a fire. They love each other a lot and nothing will change that. But, damn, do they get on each other's nerves. Joon only tries to be the caring brother she needs and Bae always pushes him away, which causes arguments that sometimes leads to fights. But nonetheless, they both know that they'd do anything for each other if something happened. || They get along on a 9 out of 10 scale. They're so alike that they annoy each other. || Joon is a hard-working, cocky, and caring werewolf. He's hot-tempered and the second best fighter in the world. He never strategizes things and always act out based on his emotions. He's loud and slightly obnoxious. Above anything, he's charming and approachable. Girls swoon at the sight of him. || Because he's a werewolf, he changes into a black-furred wolf with green eyes, which is unusual since Joon has brown eyes. Their parents think it's because Bae and Joon are so close, Bae's fairy dust transfered to his wolf form.

*Friends: [Son] [Na Eun] (APINK) || 18 ; February 10, 1994 || Bounty hunter/Assassin ; She's the other fairy of Bae's family || They get along on a 7 out of 10 scale || Na  Eun's sweet and bubbly, like most fairies. She's level-headed and thinks things out. She's cautious, unlike Tobi Bae. She always tries to keep her out of trouble. But that doesn't work. She is more of a in-your-head type of killer and will make you go crazy with her sweetness before you die. || Like Tobi Bae's fairy dust is blue, Na Eun's fairy dust is pink.

[Yoo] [Changhyun Ricky] (TEEN TOP) || 17 ; February 27, 1995 || Bounty hunter/Assassin  ; He's a regular human that belongs to Bae's family || They get along on a 7 out of 10 scale || Ricky's cute and adorable. He's humourous and always has something to say. He's honest and blunt but that adds to his adorable aura. Ricky and Bae are usually very compatible in the sense that they are friendly and nice to each other. Bae always refuses Ricky's help, which he always gives to everyone, and that makes him upset and mad at her for quite a while. || He is human but he has a unique gift. To create any poison in the world that he wants and he has a 100% accuracy rate. He never misses a shot.

 

Reason for joining Elites? Tobi Bae was promised a spot. Why? It's simple. She can make decisions in a heartbeat. She doesn't show any remorse. When it comes to her job, she takes it very seriously. She'll make sure the job gets done, no matter what gets in her way. Because of this and her superior skills in both martial arts, archery and interrogation, she's practically been guaranteed a spot. But her real reason isn't because of that. Really, she's been off killing people for a year. She needs to do it again somehow. She thinks this job will make her kill at least one person. Maybe it will, maybe it won't. But at least it's the thought that counts.

Character’s Race: Fairy; with blue fairy dust

Base element: Tobi Bae's fairy dust works a lot like energy control. She can make a bow that much stronger and faster by dipping it in her dust. If she coats her fist with it, she'd be able to crush a rock. It makes people stronger so if someone got her hands on it, they'd be close to the most powerful person out there.

Abilities: Flight - She has wings that are sharp and pointed, like Tinker Bell's. When she flies, her fairy dust flitters down but this fairy dust isn't her blue fairy dust, so it won't give you strength. If you think good thoughts when she's flying and her white fairy dust lands on you, you'd be able to fly as well. If her wings get wet, she won't be able to fly and would barely be able to walk.

Shrink/Grow - Most fairies in books should be able to fit in your hand. And fairies can. They can also choose to be bigger than a building but that draws attention to them, so fairies don't do that. Tobi Bae doesn't use this ability much so she doesn't know if there's limitations or not.

Plants - She can control flowers, trees, grass, vegetables, weeds, seaweed. You name it. This is because she's a fairy. She can create flower hybrids that won't exist unless it has fairy magic inside it. To her, plants are alive and have consciouses. That's probably why she has such an affinity for gardening. The weaknesses are the conditions and availability of plants in her area. 

Techniques: Arrow Blast || Her archery skills and her blue fairy dust || She dips the tip of her arrow in her fairy dust, aims and fires. The results can vary. It might act like a bomb and explode whatever she aimed at. Or if it's aimed at a person, it can kill them instantly. || This will only happen if she has enough time to completely cover her arrow with fairy dust  || She can't control how big or small the explosion will be. It depends on how much fairy dust she has.

Rock Shatterer || Her fighting skills and her blue fairy dust || She coats her fist in fairy dust then either punches the ground, building or person. It'll either destroy the ground completely, collapse the building or send the person flying, either killing or seriously injuring them. || She needs time, like with her Arrow Blast || She can't control the damage she does so she's been known to accidentally kill people with this technique

Death by Blossom || Her plant manipulation || She creates a hybrid between a camelia blossom and organic poison (with info help from yours truly, Ricky) and puts it in her hair, attached to a pin. She approaches her victim and charms them into thinking she's harmless. When they try to come onto them, she merely takes off her hair pin and 'teasingly' puts it into their hair and watch as they slowly die from poisoning. || There's always a chance she might get poisoned from the flower too so she's having Ricky develop an antidote for her || She can't control the poison once it touches someone.

Venus Dagger || Her plant manipulation and her throwing daggers || She creates unusual Venus flytraps and merges them with her knives. They end up throwing and looking like knives but once they lodge into something, they become carnivorous plants that won't stop searching/eating until the last bit of meat is gone. If she misses and it lands on a wall or the ground, it will 'sniff out' flesh and devour it. || They are just plants after all. If they're cut up, burned or anything of the sort, they don't work anymore || She controls them well and only uses her Venus Daggers when she knows they won't see it coming

Weapon: Bow & Arrow || Long distance || She uses it extremely well, it's as if the bow becomes part of her body once she holds it.

Throwing Daggers || Middle to long distance || She can pin her target quite well but there are times where she misses. And they're often but her technique makes up for her weak accuracy with daggers.

Back Up weapon: Since Tobi Bae has two weapons, does she really need a back up weapon? 

Guardian: Kika || Butterfly || No || Kika is like Tobi Bae's cute little light on a dark night. The butterfly tries to show Bae down the right path. She tries to tell her the right thing to do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Back Up Guardian: Marirose || Great-Horned Owl || Yes || Marirose and Tobi Bae don't get along. Marirose is responsible, cooperative, nurturing and kindly honest; everything that Bae isn't. The owl is the fairy's wisdom, it's just that Bae has to accept that first.

Personality: He's hot-tempered, fiery, hard-working, friendly, kind and especially sweet. He isn't afraid to speak his mind and tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. He takes up any challenge thrown at him. People don't really notice him that much because he isn't fighting to get into the spotlight. But once it's on him, it's as if he owns it and it could only shine on him. His hard work always pays off and he's so effortless in the way he carries himself. He thinks he's the best and in some cases, he is. Other times, not so much.

Supernatural Race: He's human with the power of talking to dead spirits/going to the spirit world/using spiritual energy to give him strength, speed and power

Abilities: Red Rose Resurrection || He uses his spirit powers || He uses a scroll to help concentrate his spiritual powers to bring the 7 most powerful tae kwon do master of all time back from the dead. They're like puppers to him, he can control their every movement. || It only has a time limit of 15 minutes before he runs out of stamina and collapses  || He can control it very well, being able to multi task and make sure each of the 7 masters are fighting well and hard. 

Spirit Shield || He uses his spirit powers || He creates a shield of warm and kind spirits around him, giving him a golden glow. This will protect him from anything. Even if it looks like it cut his skin, the spirits will heal it and he can really feel no pain in this state. || If anything deadly happens to him in this state and the spirits couldn't heal in time, he could suffer the injuries with the pain three times as worse than it usually is

Relationship: Changjo unknowingly owes his life to Tobi Bae. She was ordered to kill him but had saved his life. She instead killed any bounty hunters or assassins that tried to reap the bounty over his head. When the ELITES were formed, they had no idea of this past interaction. Still, they noticed something pulling them towards each other. 

Interaction: Tobi Bae treats Changjo like everyone else. She won't listen to him if he tells her to do something. She won't accept his help when he offers it to her. The only difference is that she's quite polite and calm when she does so; unlike her rude and blunt reactions to other people. Something about him caught her eye and she doesn't want to drive him away. But she knows he should be treated just like everyone else. There wasn't too much special stuff about him anyways. 

Changjo, on the other hand, fell in love with the idea of being with a fairy. He loved fairy stories when he was a child. If he were to gain the love of one, it'd be an experience no one else would get to have (fairies usually don't fall in love with other creatures, only other fairies). Little did they both know that Changjo could lift the curse of the Bloodthirsty Blossom.

*Scene requests: Changjo had just finished meeting Joon for the first time, in a friendly manner. They had met before, but during tournaments and fights. From Joon, he realized that Bae was an assassin who was sent to kill someone with the alias 'Dancing Boy'. That was Changjo's alter ego he used when entering illegal fights, so no one would be able to trace the fight back to him. Changjo realized that Bae had saved his life. He suddenly feels this overwhelming debt to pay to her. And the sudden burst of new emotion. Was it love? Was it obligation? Was it the need to protect her? He didn't know. From then on, he knew that no matter what Bae said, he was going to stick by her side for as long as he can.

Ending: For the general story, I think a happy ending would be great. But not without an epic battle scene at the end. As for Bae and Changjo, it really depends. If they haven't confessed by the epic battle scene, then definitely tragic. If they managed to become lovers before then, then happy.

Sacrifice: Yes. I would. At the end, Tobi Bae could die and since Changjo has the power to go to the spirit world, he could visit her from time to time. However, he would tell this to no one and she ends up being like his guardian angel, watching him mature and grow older. That's only if you decide to sacrifice Tobi Bae.
