JYJ v.s SM lawsuit announcement

So I'm pretty sure many of you guys heard about the lawsuit that JYJ had sued to SM Entertainment,

well, I was reading this website and I recently got a comment from a friend that loves DBSK for six years

she told me that she didn't know that there was two case so I was shocked in a way but I understood

because she lost her internet connection and doesn't have time to check updates due to her schedules

so anyways, I was reading this article and somehow I wanted to know how you guys feel about this

Do you guys believe that the boys will comeback as five?

Isn't it suspicious that the HoMin said they will make a comeback in the middle year

but JYJ also announced that they will have a comeback in the middle of the year too

so I believe DBSK must of planned something like this before JYJ sued SM Entertainment

What was their plan?

here are my thoughts about this:

-you see how JYJ are now in their own band right now, making music and a "Come On Over" DVD

because I believe they are making money with DBSK and gather the money to take HoMin out of SM Entertainment

ALSO!! when they wrote their songs, most of their songs like "Nine, W, Fallen Leaves" are for HoMin

why? because I believe they do miss HoMin and they want people to know that but here's a thought

I think they did that for a reason to make SM Entertainment to "THINK" that they won't have any connections

but who knows? maybe they do or not, but I know they have a connections in their heart

These are my thoughts and I don't know if you guys can picture this but I was thinking a lot about this

and I hope and believe that the court will consider the five angels their feelings and announces

"Junsu, Yoochun, Jaejoong, Changmin, and Yunho are allowed to become as TVXQ/DBSK/THSK"

and maybe, MAYBE! After that, they will gather all their money to get out of SM Entertainment

I was thinking the same thing. What if they had planned this before they left? I mean, they somehow believed that they would win SM in the lawsuit and be together as one in better terms or [even better] out of SM entertainment.
It seems that SM knows they will lose the case because they have been pushing the ruling further and further back [a verdict was supposed to be out today but has been pushed back to August 10].
They know what they are doing and I have faith that everything will be okay and they will be together once again!
I really do believe..

I personally think Homin should just leave another company maybe the one JYJ is at (which is it again? sorry bad memory here) I mean if JYJ went back to SM who knows because that company is a harsh company from the stuff I've read.

And how can people think JYJ/Homin hate each other? That's just-I'm at a loss for words when people say 'JYJ/Homin hold a grudge with each other which is pretty childish considering how they're grown men' or something like that. Yeah one user said that on here *rolls eyes*

Has JYJ or Homin ever SAID they hated each other? no (excuse my language).

These five boys are like brothers, why would they just now hate each other because they split up? I truly believe there's a chance they'll come back as five I really do.

But I don't dwell on this matter anymore every single day ^^ I just share my support and love for both HOMIN and JYJ equally not one or the other.

I would love all 5 of them to come back! But still the way SM is treating JYJ is truly cruel of them. SM artists are great but SM itself should not be as....(not going to say). However, DBSk without 5 members..it's strange.

I from the bottom of my heart hope they'll return as 5. And just have this feeling they'll cuz I can see it in everything they do that they miss each other and how they react after the lawsuit. I know their love for each other is true. If you have been a fan for a while you can see the difference in there ways of acting and see the change in everything they do. The boys tries to be strong and Jae said he wanted to be strong for the Boys and for the fans and he even said he'll smile even if his heart is broken or his missing the other two so much he could die. 'Time heals the pain' he said. Junsu said they may be apart but there hearts are together as one and they'll forever be DBSK. Jae also said that HoMin appears is his dreams.
I just know they love each other and for me that's enough. I want their pain to disappear and I know it will when they're together.

Oh even though that we are not sure that they are coming back as five, I still have faith that Homin will join the JYJ, because I like them 5 together, it seems to me that DBSK or JYJ is complete.

And I love to watch them all together in a show, to me it's a litlle boring when I'm watching JYJ, because I always miss so bad to see Changmin and Yunho with them.
