Can someone tell me what's going on?

So I saw this on tumblr.. It's Woohyun with Hyomin from T-ARA. She tweeted to him with this pic, Infinite starboard and the chapter is coming along … The only snag neng ㅎ ㅎ.

There's rumors saying that they'll be on WGM. But honestly, I want Woohyun with a younger girl. So he could finally be called, "oppa" He always ends up with Noonas.

BUT CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON? I'M SO CONFUSED.
