So Yeah I Need Help !!

My Cousin is From Philippines,manila (is ths spelling correct ?) 

And We want to cosplay (Cauz Im Going to Phil For 4 days i'll go at 25 to 29) at KFEST 3 so u know where can we get costumes ?

Like u know any tailor who's willing to sew and make costumes for us in any amount :)) im willing to pay :))
