hi! actually i think they do have internet as I have a facebook friend who resides in NK and it's just that SK people and NK ppl, the minority are related that they can actually move from one place to the other. so this is just a lil input from me (my friend lives in pyongyang, NK and a former SKorean)

North Korea is a /communist/ country, which sort of explains why they're one of the top countries that are to be wary of. Few go in, fewer go out - N.K. is sort of a conservative land where only North Koreans really settle in.
They do not have internet - at least, not that they are able to connect with those outside of their own country. Both their government and the U.S. had banned this, fearing that communism and their ideals might spread throughout the world.
They are also one of the most feared for their military bases. S.K. has mandatory military service, right? Well, so does N.K.

Not saying N.K. is all bad, because North Korea is a beautiful country, at least, from what I've seen in pictures. N.K.'s nature life - or at least what has been left of it - is gorgeous. North Korea was originally where the capital of Korea resided, which was why they were golden, and was an important ally for the soviet union back in world war II.

hi there~!
they said North Korean citizens are barely going out of their country, and also they don't have internet connections they're just using satellite for some reason. and also North Korean citizens are against the governments officials (my teacher said)and they said that they are dangerous peoples, and they are just focusing in their country. They're country is also full of factories where weapons are made such as bomb, guns and many more. I just heard this from some people so sorry if i'm wrong

It's really hard to leave from North Korea and most peoples who leaved from there are hiding in somewhere, so it's hard to meet or know who are South Koreans. I heard that they don't have internet connections since they don't have data network, only way to use internet would be via satellite which is really difficult and most of the peoples don't even know what internet is. Noth Korea is like own little world where everyone only focuses on the leader.

hi! here's what i know about north korea from documentaries i watched.
they're originally richer than south korea, but they didnt develop (and couldnt have economic relations with other countries) their richness n now they poorer.
while south korea was initially poor, but they work hard to gain what they have now through culture exportation n many other exportation, like samsung, LG, hyundai, etc.
north koreans are smart, their english is way better than south koreans.
as far as i know about their use of the internet, the base (USA) ban them from using social networks. once there was an fb account for kim jong il (the great leader) n facebook deleted it (fb accounts couldnt be deleted even if u wanted to, but fb deleted kim jong il's account from their system) because they didnt want north korean idealism to spread.

thats all i know ^^ hope it helps!
