Okay. I'm totally lost with AFF. -_-

When I opened it today, there was a "New Alert" thingy at the upper right corner of the screen. But there weren't any notifications at the left (eg. New subscribers)

I clicked the "New Alert" but nothing happened. .__.

What's its purpose? o.o
