Teacher or Student : Student

Story :

"Tomorrow is your first day of school.... Unnie... You're going to that school.... Right?" Hyeri heard her little sister, Hyorin, ask her. "That famous music school you wanted to go to... Appa is sending you... right?" Hyeri bit her lip before turning to her younger sister. She carefully took note at her sister, who was laying in a hospital bed and looked incredibly ill. She smiled small, trying to hide the fact that she couldn't go to that school due to her declined application, and said, "I haven't gotten information if I have been accepted or not.. But I'm going to go to a Private School called Swan Empire, for now. It looks like they have nice education... And I'll just continue to learn instruments by myself." She told her sister. "Ahh, jinja? Can you play your guitar for me? You brought that with you, right?" Hyeri smiled and nodded. She walked over to the foot of the bed and grabbed her guitar case. Opening it, she saw her second favorite guitar and pulled it out. She sat next to her sister. "Which song do you want to hear?" She asked softly. "My favorite!" Hyorin said to her. She nodded and started to play her guitar, playing and singing to I'm In Love by Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls.

All her life, Hyeri was incredibly talented when it comes to music. The talent should naturally happen and occur since her father owns a music school and his side of the family is music talented. Her mother and side of the family is more on the fashion and designing aspect, which her younger sister has obtained. Hyeri can play multiple of instruments, which are the following: Piano, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, Flute, Violin, Harp, and the Gayageum (which her grandmother taught her to play). She and her family, although her sister is facing a case of Leukemia, are strong and tight.

Besides her family background, she once lived in Daegu as a child, but then moved to Incheon in her third year of middle school due to her little sister's need for medical attention. She's always a bright and energetic girl at heart. She's helpful and cares for everyone... Well... She used to.. She's now a quiet, shy girl who is distant unless someone talks to her first. Why is that? Because when she was in her second year of middle school, she faced such a tragic thing. What was it? Her first love, whom loved her back, was killed right in front of her. All because of her as well, since he protected her from the gang leader who tried to be with her. She was traumatized by the incident and that changed her ever since. The only way she shows her energetic self is if she is with her close friends, which is rare, family, her childhood friend Karam, and especially her sister. She's a sweet and nice person once you break through her cold, quiet shell.

Along with all those things, she has a part time job at two places. One is at a bookstore, where she runs and manages the music department. And another is at a cafe, where her middle school band, that consisted of her and three guys (Jiho, Minki, and Kibum), and she works out. Jiho's father is the owner of the place, and lets them practice and perform there. She gets her daily dose of guitar and singing practice there as well as money from working with them.

She slowly finished the song and her sister applauded her. "Uwah, that was awesome." Hyeri smiled and softly kissed her sister's forehead. "Hyorin. I'll try to visit as much as I can. But I'll always contact you and write you letters. Okay? Be a good girl to all the nurses and Dr. Song, arraso?" She asked her sister, seeing her nod. "I promise, Unnie. Now go on ahead. I know you have to bring your things there. Which is why your car is out there." Hyeri blinked, then softly chuckled. "Aigoo, my little sister knows me so well." She softly kissed Hyorin's forehead. "I'll see you as soon as I can.. I promise." Hyorin gave Hyeri a huge smile. "I'll see you soon. And have fun on your first day on your second year of high school." Her sister said. Pulling away, she waved at her sister before packing up her guitar and leaving the place. She entered her car and drove straight to the school. "I hope this'll be a new start for me." She softly whispered, parking right in front of the school.
