Being raised as an island boy, Jung Young is usually silent and calm due to the peaceful scenery. He always want a peaceful surrounding with no yellings and wild happenings around, that's what he was used to. Jung Young is always someone silent and won't talk if not necessary. Being that way, he had been dubbed as an Ice Prince by a few local in the island he used to live on.

TRAITS

Personality: 

Jung Young is a typical islander who moved to the city of Seoul for his family, he wanted to earn a living. Though at first he was entirely troubled for he can't communicate well with people, sometimes resulting him to end up being lost in a mall or such. Call him a countryman but he just don't want to trouble people and even to be teased because of his accent, sometimes people just can't understand him that's why he ended up with no friends in Seoul. 

Being called as an Ice Prince everywhere he goes, who won't call him as one anyways? Rarely talks, rarely smiles, serious face, and of course rarely socializes. Even though he's in his normal mood, his eyes was always blank and won't show a single emotion as he's silent. He would always go on a walk in the park during the afternoons, having his camera with him to capture the sunset and to admire the beauty the nature was giving off. 

Despite being called as an Ice Prince, he is actually someone who cares for somebody important to him. He would give off a small smile whenever someone rather of great importance to him was happy, he would laugh whenever someone would laugh too. All in all, Jung Young is someone who would be happy once you are happy. He is a Family and Friends oriented person. He is actually a shikshin who can consume 5 cups of rice and won't live a day without eating 5 times a day; Breakfast, Lunch, After Lunch Snack, Dinner, and Midnight snacks.

He had chosen this because the can represents the Human Brain. Once a person is wise, he won't be noisy and is quiet under all circumstances even though he knows things are starting to fall apart. While a person without a single useful idea in his mind would always speaks about nonsense and would start to disrespect people without him knowing such action.

Family background: 

Jung Young came from a rather happy family of three, their social status won't be that grand yet they're a happy family. Kyu Eun- who would be Jung Young's mother, is the one who is living in the islands while Jung Hyun- Jung Young's father is the one from Seoul. Jung Hyun had told his son that an opportunity for him to live an earning is rather greater than the chance for him to keep on living in the islands and have fishing as his living. For the both of them knew that Jung Young is a responsible son, they had trusted him that much that they let him leave them in the islands.

 

Family members: 

Im Jung Hyun, 50, Fisherman/Citizen in Jeju, Father:  Despite being a man from the city, he remained humble as he adjusted on living in the islands. He had been rather supportive towards his only child and son, he would work hard for him to buy a camera for Jung Young; the proud father knew that Jung Young is interested in photography even way before the lad was still a young child.

Im Kyu Eun, 46, Loving Housewife, Mom: Being raised up in the islands, she had already knew how hard living in the islands was. Despite the lack of knowledge about educational things, she never failed the task on being a lovable mom and wife to the two important man in her life. She rose Jung Young to be an intelligent, humble, and responsible man. She would always be amazed at how the young man would immediately answer a mathematical equation without the use of calculator, and even pen and pencil. 

 

 

Friends: 

 Lee Qri, 25, Member of T-ara, Friends-  Jung Young had met her through Hyomin, one of Qri's co member. Jung Young and her became friends because Qri had thought Jung Young some tips on the Seoul Accent, which made it easier for Jung Young to adjust around Seoul. 

Choi Minho, 21, Member of SHINee, Friends- The both of them had met when Jung Young had entered a game of Basketball, teaming up with MInho versus seven more players. Minho and him knew that the both of them will end up losing against seven, silly.. Who would even win on a fiht of 2 vs. 7 anyways? But they thought wrong, in the end of the 4th quarter, the score had ended up with 84 points versus 56 points on the favor of Minho and Jung Young. Since then, the both of them had exchanged numbers and always teams up in basketball making up an unbeatable team. 

Choi Sooyoung, 22, Member of SNSD, Food Buddies 8D- Jung Young and her met at the pastry shop when the older noona was sneaking out of her practice session. Jung Young had recognized her at first glance and had the need to bite his lips to avoid making a scene. Of course Sooyoung had own him thanks that's why it ended up the both of them eating almost all of the pastries in the shop. Even though the both of them are always playing around whenever the both of them are together, they too have a serious side where the both of them talks about stuffs like this and that. 

Ahn Sohee, 20, Member of Wonder Girls, Close Friends- having a lot of common similarities between the both of them, Sohee and Jung Young became rather more close. The both of them are silent when there's no need to speak and they care for the person important to them. Honestly, Jung Young had shipped the couple SoHeeChul before because he found it rather adorable. Sohee is thanking him for that and rather appreciated it. Before long, the both of them got close and comfortable around each other. The both of them will smile comfortable and the both of them would laugh heartily enough.

 

 

Rivals: 

Lee Joon, 24, Member of MBLAQ- it was rather shocking how the both of them can be rivals despite not knowing it, the both of them treats each other as secret rivals anyway. Jung Young hates almost everything about him; his guts, his attitude, everything. Mainly? He hates how Joon and Hyomin is always being paired. He don't find it rather attractive and even of he don't want to admit it, he is rather jealous because Joon is always paired with Hyomin.

How did you meet? :

Jung Young and her had met in a camera shop when Jung Young first arrived in the city, he had been lost around and ended up looking at the camera shop because it had caught his attention. Hyomin had noticed Jung Young there as she went and ask what he needs or if he is lost. Jung Young don't know who Hyomin is that time or even Who T-ara is, he had answered he was lost and the camera shop had caught his attention. Hyomin then accompanied him throughout the day and even bought him the camera he wanted in the camera shop, Jung Young doesn't know how to thank her enough. He had ask what the name of the other was but the other girl didn't answered, Jung Young thought this isn't the time yet. What Jung Young did is took off the dog tag he had been wearing all the time ever since he was born and gave it to Hyomin, saying that the both of them will meet once again and Jung Young will repay Hyomin's kindness.

How did you meet? : 

Jung Young and Hara had met through Sooyoung, one of Hara's friend and Jung Young's food buddy. Hara had this silent charisma that Jung Young had found interesting, after that Sooyoung kept on telling Jung Young all about Hara even though he is not asking Sooyoung to tell him about Hara. Sooyoung had kept on bugging Jung Young and teasing him through attaching Hara and Him. 

 

TRAINEE

How did you get in? :

When Jung Young had left the islands for the city, he ended up admiring some street dancers that was dancing the night away. " Seoul sure is interesting. " Jung Young had thought as he went on watching the dancers show some extra ordinary moves.  When he was about to walk away, one of the dancers had told him to stay for awhile which he did anways. The dancer had told him that he'll learn some of those tricks that they are doing. In additional, the dancer even told him that he can apply to be a trainee in the company. Being a fast learner and having a photoraphic memory, he easily learned and the troupe of dancers went on pushing him to audition. 

Trainee life: 

Jung Young's trainee life hasn't changed his personality at all. Despite having hectic schedules, he make sure that he still can get free time to be around the park during afternoons. There's a lot of adjustments to be done honestly, the 3-5 maximum of hours of sleep wasn't enough out of having the whole day on practicing and sweating. In addition, the stress that training is giving. Yet, Jung Young is always striving to do his best even though he knew he would past out, certainly a man with no fear as much as possible. 

No. of years as a trainee: 3 and a half years 

Experience: 

Jung Young had been the one who composed the rap in G.Na's song " I'll be back off so you can live better. " which was of course, rapped by the famous Junhyung. Even though there are some changes in the lyrics, the beatings and flow of the rap was thanks to his help. He had also been the one who helped Jay Park in accomplishing some of the hard stunts that the actor was trying to pull off.
