Right chinngu's sorry this is my first time writing up a blog but i seriously need someone who would listen to my probleem.

Sorry i am going to blabber a lot because i have so much built  up inside me and i cannot take it anymoreeeeee.

Well i started working at this convenient store since september along with my twin sister. The store is located in a countryside where most of the people are very very nice and friendly. But just the outskirt of this store is a town where there are lots of rough people(i mean u-knnow hooligans) and my team manager or others called supervisor is the kind of a hooligan and a female as well. First impression of her did not go very well, first time i saw hher she was shouting at a colleague who was very much older then her. Thats when i realised she is not a good person because she did not have any respect for person ollder than her. After couple of weeks i stated working alongside with her, she always i mean alwayys shout and always criticise everthing I do. She never trained mme properly, all the things that i have learned until now was through observing my other colleagues and also after asking them . Once i did not know where to put the ambient goods in the warehouse so i left it aside and then after coupple of minutes she came staright to me and shouted to follow her to the offiice. She accused me of not doing my job properly and also that I am very slow when doing the job. i tried to tell her i don't think i have done someething wrong but she still won't believe me. I could not  do anything but to cry but she was too eccentric and too apathetic because she did not even comfort me by saying sorry she just stood there and told me to leave when I was crying mmy eyes out. That time it had only been a month since i started working there but i was reluctant to just resiigned because shhe was nothing but a bully. She is in her early 40's and she was just too childish and a very big bully. I feel so sorry for my colleagues because that witch picked on every single person that i love to work with and that witch made friends with the people who love to and talk behind other back.

All the customers that come to shop in the store adore my sister and I because they always say we r helpful, polite and very enthusiastic girls but only that thinks that I have an attituude problem TT^TT  this just weakened my self esteem.

Righ sorry i'll talk about the recent incident that happened 1 week ago and i really really need ur help chingu's.

Right my sister had a personal problem so she could not work and told them she could not work so i told that witch i'll cover the shift but 3 days latter my sister received a letter saying she had an 'Unauthorised absent' when she clearly asked permission. (In this country if there is any error in our references then it would jeopardize our career) I was so angry because my sister did the right thing but was accused of doing something sshe did not so i went to confront that witch with my sister. I told her about how my sister asked for permission but she just ignores it annd said she never heard my sister say anything about me covering the shift. So i had a really big argument but i did not use any ruude words though and after a week holiday i came back gome and was wellcomed by a delivery sheet that i need to collect tomorrow. I know that delivery that i need to collect is the warning letter from work because that witch threatened me to send a letter if i don't shut up and get out of the offiice. I asked her to give me contact of the senior manager but she refused to give it to me saying that she don't have it or by saying that 'The manager is on holiday'. well there were too much drama but i don't want to blabber all the things and bore you my chingu's.

So fingers crossed what that letter would say because this will seriously effect my university plans and any other job that i would look for in the future. 

I am just in the middle of should i quit and get another job or should i just accept that letter and leave that witch to take advantage of her position and keep on stepping over vulnerable people.

PLZ PLZ CHINGU'S I WILL LISTEN TO UR THOUGHTS AS WELL. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF U THINK I AM IN THE WRONG COZ I THINK IT WAS MY FAULT FOOR LOSING MY TEMPER. BUT I JUST COULD NOT TOLERATE IT ANYMORE AFTER 8 MONTHS OF HER NAGGING AND SHOUTING AT MY SISTER, THE COLLEAGUES THAT I ADORE AND TO MYSELF AS WELL.
