Recently, a lot of my friends have been feeling really down; real-life issues which have made their skies bleak. I cannot say that I understand how all of you feel, that would be unfair, and biased, but no matter how tough your road is now do know that I am beside you, and will carry you when you get too weak.

Maybe, one day, we will look back at the road we have walked, and feel so darn proud of ourselves, because look! – we’ve walked so far and endured so much, and I know that when it is your turn to look back on your road, you will be even stronger and even braver and even more beautiful than you already are right now.

When you wake in the morning, tell yourself – “I don’t want to worry. I don’t want to be sad. I have so many things to be happy for.” It can be the little things, the simple things, like having tea to drink, or being able to walk in the sun, or dance in the rain, or even waddling through mud. It can be being able to feel with your heart, sing, jump, skip, laugh, smile, cry, talk, eat, drink, cuddle, hug, kiss, love, be.

It can be anything.

And remember, happiness is always best shared ^^

To my friends here in the little red dot, you can always call me if you need someone to talk to, we’ll pray together ^^ And for those who live across oceans and seas, we can still pray together, heart to heart, spirit to spirit.
