Fanfiction.Net Pet Peeves

Few things that bug me on Fanfiction.Net

1. You have 60 days to update your story, and if it's not updated after the 60 days are up and it's not a completed story they'll delete it

2. The site owner barely responds to you. I can understand he's probably busy but come on, the owner of AFF is busy and he still has time to respond to people as soon as he can.

3. The new layout bugs me a bit, but I've gotten used to it

4. You can't write MA fics because parents might be upset, if they're children go on that site and they're younger than thirteen...the site is MADE for thirteen and older. They can at least have a child lock on it or something.

5. You can't write 'you or reader insert fics' or 'choose your own adventure stories'.

 

So yeah Fanfiction.Net is kind of... right now lets say.

FF.Net has always been like that. I still think FF.Net is pretty cool

I've always preferred AFF over any other fic site. AFF is more of a family in my opinion plus the writers and readers can voice out their opinions and concerns to the owner and admins and they actually respond to it and do something about any concerns.

Yeah, plus it's just a hassle to use in comparison to AFF.

i prefer here because subscriptions and stuff but other than that that site is terrible!!!
