Background story:

Since she very young she was forced to make the housework by her father, her mother died when she was born, and she had no choice but to obey her father. The night she completed 14 years old was the worst day of her life, her father arrived at home completely drunk and tried to her. She ran away as quick as she could, she was so far from home that she didn't even know where she was. Taeyeon was exausted and ended up falling asleep, near an apple tree.

The girl was found by Mr. Lee Soo Man on the next day morning when he was riding around his estate. He took her to his castle and told his servants take care of her. Taeyeon grew up in the castle, everyone treated her well, specially Mr. Soo Man, who got attached to her. She lives there until now, working as a cook since she allways loved cooking.
