Hey everyone, just wanted to update you all about my dog's condition. I honestly didn't expect the amount of comments / get well wishes that I got, I really appreciate it :) Lucky to have a support system from online friends here.

Labby’s surgery was successful, it took less than two hours and now she’s at home recovering. She’s still not that well because from time to time she still feels pain cause of the operation but she is responsive. She’s actually sleeping next to me right now. My parents and I take turns in monitoring her because she’s still slow in moving (lying down, getting up) and doesn’t eat on her own yet.

In the left picture above shows her post-surgery, wearing an e-collar.  The next picture shows my other dog, Kisses (who’s actually 10 years old now) showing curiosity and concern.

JustWinter: aww..*hug* my shih tzu now is actually my first dog, she's 10 years old now (my lab is 5-6yrs.old) and although she's still happy and healthy, I know I should start preparing myself for the worst case scenario. I too can't imagine how to move on if anything happens *_*
