What's Up With Pregnancy On AFF?

I don't understand this. Why do people on AFF always think that the best way to start off a fanfic that has a pregnancy theme is to have them go to a club, and get 'I don't remember drunk'? This makes me want to cry like crazy because not every chick goes and gets wasted and has with some random guy who also happens to be famous, or rich, or my favorite, the kingka. I don't understand why it almost always has to be the girl's first time either. How come they can't have been husband and wife (not talking about arranged marriages here), who want children? Maybe they can't have children so they adopt? (Yes, we all know in the Asian culture they don't like adoption). But come on if you're gonna do a pregnancy fic, how in the hell does pregnant girl in question, never go to the doc's office for prenatal care? I think this is hilarious.

I just want to slap some of these writers' faces. What were they thinking? I for one have been around pregnant people for most of my life. Why? For some reason my family, friends, and people I meet seem to like being pregnant , or something. J/K. But seriously do people know that a woman's foot goes up a shoe size when she's pregnant, and that doesn't go away. She passes gas a lot. Yes, she farts a lot, but the joys of being pregnant aren't over yet. Her hair grows a lot, but so does that 'unmentionable' hair. Once she's done giving birth, and if she feeds, her become engorged with milk, but that stuff hurts like hell. My friend's feeding her baby, and she says her s hurt so much, she wants to chop them off sometimes. But back to the whole pregnancy topic, in the third trimester some women feel like they're not attractive to their partner/spouse, so some may not have (this happens after they've fully recovered from giving birth as well).

I don't understand when someone writes a story about the girl being either. First of all is not okay, so when you add pregnancy into the mix it's just I dunno, not there for me. I don't like the idea of as a recreational theme for a story, unless there is a reason for it to happen, and no it's not for the character to fall in love with their , and live happily ever after. Many women who have been are embarrassed and ashamed, so how are they happy and smiley the very next day?   victims feel as if the entire world is after them, so how they trusting people already? Rapists aren't always  drunk, most are people the victim knows, or acquainted with. It's unlikely that a victim will become pregnant, but if she did and she does go to the hospital, chances are she'd probably take the Plan B pill, or some other type of contraceptive. Even if she does continue with the pregnancy, she'd probably want to give it up for adoption because it'd would remind her of that day or the person. This is my question on this subject: Why do y'all think is romantic? It's not. It's a very traumatic experience and some people commit suicide because of it.

I'm done for today and need some sleep. But please do your research, and remember, is never okay.

All the things mentioned in the second paragraph are personally though. I know plenty women who say it doesn't hurt to nurse at all. My friend's hair didn't grow at all and my mother didn't go up shoe sizes. Just saying, it's not always like that. ^^

This basically sums up everything I'd like to throw at people who write and pregnancy fics. =__=
