Kat's Back! And She Has Something To Tell you All...
Hello! *waves*
How are my sweet peeps doing? I hope you're all good, 'coz I'm starting to feel better today...
I returned Sunday, but I had something going on so I decided to postpone this blog post. And today I found the opportunity to post it together with something else as well. Hehehehee...maybe you saw that I revamped my profile information *giggles* I really am something, you know?! I just couldn't decide which gif to use and I...hmmmm...let's skip to something else, ok? :)
So, I'm good and everything went smooth. I'll start being a guide this weekend since the citadel has a major festival going on. Kekekekekee~~can't wait! *sparkling eyes*
Now, let's get to then other point I wanted to tell you.
It's about vampires, books with vampires, movies with vampires and of course, fics with vampires. Now, who likes to read about vampires, please put your hands up...*raises hand while looking around* You? Ok! So there's more of you. Then, I'm sure you all heard about Dracula, maybe even saw the movie(s)? So, this Dracula, the oldest vampire that exists in written books, have a look on Bram Stoker's 'Dracula', is a myth that's supposed to have been born in my country, Romania how it is called. Every single tourist that comes here wants to see Dracula's 'nest'- The Bran Castle on its real name. But let me tell you something, everything is fake. It's only a myth. Everything started from Vlad the Impaler, or Vlad III, Prince Of Wallachia. 'Dracula' was only his name because of his cruel ways off punishing corruption among the aristocrats, thieves and the enemies of the state(they were all impaled) and because his father, Vlad Dracul (English: Vlad the Dragon), member of Order Of The Dragon---->(dragon= Romanian dragon, from which the nickname 'dracul', that could be translated into English by 'dragon' or 'devil').
He was a Prince and I would say that he was one of the most loved ones that Romania ever had during the 16th century. There's nothing that could explain the birth of this myth, according to which he's a vampire. Dracula, the vampire.
*giggles* Wasn't this one boring history lesson? At least, I hope it helped...
Kat's Out~~
