I hate body line or what ever the it is!

I tried to update and it kept telling me with red words that the is needed.

Hell, I don't even know how to do it!

I updating it almost 3 times but no!

That word kept bugging me and it made me almost destroy my precious laptop.

Stupid!

Can someone tell me how to do it?

I really need your help.
