Annyeong, i need some help.

I want to know how to link the picture to the word without actually posting the link.

For example : She put on a overgrowned blue shirt.

The word 'shirt' is highlighted and when you click on it, it takes you directly to the picture instead of posting the actual link like http://www.google.com/dress or something.

Does anyone know what I mean and what I'm talking about? If so, please comment and help me out.
