Personality: Jihae is the ‘girl next door’ type of girl. She is simple, sweet, passionate and bubbly. She likes to live her life day by day, not ever thinking about the future or past. Jihae has a passion for photography. She loves to take pictures of everything, that she likes or not. She's usually seen holding a camera and listening to some ballad song.

Her voice sounds soft, calm and passionate, that makes people like to hear her singing. But she’s good at dancing as well. She can dance almost everything, but she prefers to dance some pop/hip hop song. For singing, she prefers some ballad that shows her voice's potencial.

Jihae is really intelligent as well. She loves literature and read books. Her favorite types of books are the romantic/drama type, but she also likes to read something fictional and mysterious, or just something that makes her laugh. That’s the same for her favorite type of movies. But Jihae just can’t watch anything scary, she hates that, because she easily gets afraid and couldn’t sleep at night.

Jihae loves to smile and see people smile. She thinks that a smile can make a day more beautiful and shiny. When she notices that someone isn’t feeling good and has a sad/angry face, she would certainly try to cheer that person up.

Jihae dreams big. She hates when people say that they won’t reach their dreams or goals. She thinks that people has to be positive and risky, trying to reach their objectives no matter what. Jihae won’t give up on a thing that easy, she would try and try and try till she gets something.
When you first meet her, you would find her a shy, naïve and patient, also could find her kind and friendly. She’s the exactly type of girl you would have as best friend. She would never betrayal you, and would always be loyal and understanding.

Jihae has a dorky side as well, just like everyone. Sometimes she starts to speak with herself loudly or starts laughing out of nowhere. So, people usually think she’s strange as well. But you won’t be able to see this side of her if you don’t get to know her. Her dorky personality is hiden behind her angel-like face.

Jihae is really organized, and likes to have things in its own place. She also would be the first to go sleep and also the first to wake up. She hates being late for something. Jihae would prepare a different breakfast for her band mates every day. She would decorate the place with flowers, pictures and paintings. She would also decorate the food, like making a face with the eggs and bacon, or making a heart in a pancake.

Childhood History: Jihae didn't have a really good childhood. Her family isn't rich, they aren't even a middle class family. She doesn't have much, but at least she has a small and cozy house, a cute dog, a good bedroom, good food and clear water. She doesn't have a present father. Her father died when she was 4 years old, he had a cerebral cancer, so he left his beloved family. Doesn't have a father was difficult to Jihae, and every Father's day, Jihae gets worse, she just needs company, but who would let his family to be with her? For Jihae that's enough, she just had to accept and move on. She had just a few friends, and went to school, but she had to go out when she completed 14, that's because Jihae's mom wasn't in a good condition, so she had to take care of her mother, buying remedies that weren't really cheap, so she needed all her economies. In the end Jihae's mom got better, but stills with a poor health that needs Jihae's attention, so she just quit school and continued taking care of her mother. As she grow up with little, she didn't really care for the materials' price, but for its contents. 'Become a singer' started to be her biggest dream when she saw, for the first time, a performance on TV, that was BoA singing. Jihae loved how she put all that emotion and sensantions in her voice, she wanted to be like BoA, so she started making auditions with 15 years old. SME was the place of Jihae's first audition, she got accepted there and had to go to a dorm they prepared for her, but she couldn't do that, as she had to take care of her mother. In the end, SM put her mom there as well, with the promise that when she debuted and had to change dorms, she would have to let her mother in a hospital. In SM, Jihae met her best friends, Tiffany and Taeyeon, as good friends like Jonghyun and Lu Han. Jihae also met Se Hun, her ultimate crush, and the love of her life. Jihae can't explain why she loves him like that, she don't even know how to explain her feelings. She can only feel that way, feel shy and nervous when he's arround, smile like a weirdo when he's speaking with her and laugh all the time, feeling butterflies in her stomach as well. Se Hun acts indifferent with her, one time he's there, almost always, with Krystal, chatting happily, but then he sees her, and gets all cold and indifferent. Jihae doesn't know why he's being like that, she only knows that those acts hurts her a lot, but what can she do? It's obvious that he will never look at her, he only have eyes for Krystal.

Ps: What Jihae doesn't know is that Se Hun likes her as well, he acts like that because he feels strange arround her, he likes when she's arround and he cares about her. That's horrible, because he knows she has problems with her mother and that she's poor, as Krystal always says. He wants to help her, but he just don't know how. He usually sees Jihae alone, and he wants to go there, stay with her. But he just can't. He doesn't know how to get closer to her.
