Hey guys... how is your day with ur beloved moms??? i hope all of u had a great day.... well today me n my mom baked an orange cake.. it came out really great.. except we think the flour went a lil less.. so the cake became a lil more moist... hahaha.... next time we know how to fix it..  just in case u guys are wondering i decided to post the corrected orange cake recipe we used today....

Things u need:-

2 1/2 - 3 cups of flour [ the one they sell where the flour and baking powder all combined]

1 1/2 cup of butter

1 cup castor sugar [it was in perfect sweetness]

5 eggs

about 1 teaspoon orange essence [dont worry u can put a lil more]

2 tablespoon milk powder

1 orange (the juice extracted)

2 tablespoon SUNQUICK extract

Steps

1. First beat the butter and castor sugar till they are well mixed.

2. Add in the eggs one by one and beat them till they mix well.

3. after adding all the eggs continue beating for some time to get a smooth texture. Add the orange essence and 2 tbspoon of sunquick extract.

4. Mix well. Now add in 2 tbsp of milk powder.

5. Next add in flour little by little while beating. after adding all speed up beating them for about 2-3minutes so that they become fluffy and "full".

6. Pour the batter down in an aluminum cake plate[idk wat to call them] (i put in round one) at 180 degree celcius for abt 40 mins or the fork comes out clean when u poked it in the middle.

7. VOILA!!! done!!!! enjoy~~

well i tried it and it worked out... tell me if its ok for u guys if u guys try it out ok??? if its not good.. sorry n pls suggest me a good recipe... i'd love to try it!! <3

btw... actually im here to tell you guys i might no be able to post Sweet and Sour Love on the 15, 16, and 17th of May... well as i already told u guys in my fic i have to atend an interview to continue my degree... so i wud be posting tonight and tomorrow for sure but im not sure bout Tuesday onwards... well i need to prepare for the interview and also to move to the university in case i get the seat...

well im quite confident i will get but still im quite nervous though.... so hope u guys wont mind if i din update for the said 3 days... i will update if ii can dont worry... i will be updating on friday!!! huahuahua... pls pls pls pray for me so that i can go for my future....
