Tiffany thought Girls’ Generation would last for only 5 years

Girls’ Generation member Tiffany shocked viewers when she revealed how long she thought Girls’ Generation would last.

On the May 10th broadcast of MBC‘s ‘Joo Byung Jin’s Talk Concert‘, Tiffany revealed, “It’s true that when Girls’ Generation debuted, I thought ‘we’ll probably be doing this for about five years’. However, as I continued to promote with Girls’ Generation, I kept wanting to do this longer and stay together with the members. It would be normal to want to do solo activities, but all of us want to promote together as a group.”

Seohyun added, “A lot of people think girl groups have a short lifespan, however, we want to change this mindset.

In related news, this episode of ‘Joo Byung Jin’s Talk Concert‘ also featured TVXQ and Super Junior‘s Leeteuk and Eunhyuk.

SNSD can't be a soloist because they wanted to stay together forever. Even Taeyeon said if she get the chance to be a soloist, she didn't want to do that because she wanted to stay with her members to the end. Just like their motto "Right now it's Girls' Generation, future will be Girls' Generation, Girls' Generation FOREVER"...
SNSD forever will be 9, no more, no less...
