History: Since YunHee is half Korean-half Chinese, her family kept on traveling back and forth from Korea to China. YunHee herself was born Bejing, China and she spent most of her childhood there with occasional visits to Korea. By the time she reached the age of 11, she moved to Korea and spent the rest of her teen years there.

At the age of 13, YunHee went with her friend to SM’s audition. YunHee was originally only there to support her friend, but she encouraged YunHee to audition as well. So YunHee auditioned, passed, and became a trainee under SMEntertainment.

Personality: YunHee used to be a very bright and enthusiastic girl. She was always in a good mood and there was never a moment where she wasn’t smiling or talking Since she likes cute things, she would incorporate aegyo into anything she did. Whenever everyone is in a bad mood she always tries to cheer everyone up. However, ever since Eun Ji died, she wasn’t as happy as she used to be.  There barely any moment where she smiled; and when she did people could clearly tell it was fake. She became very silent and sometimes isolated herself from the group.

Eun Ji: Even though Eun Ji and YunHee first met each other when they both entered the group Polaris, they became close quickly. Eun Ji was like an umma to YunHee, she really looked up to her a lot and she always went to her for comfort and advice

Crush/Boyfriend: Chen from EXO-M. YunHee and Chen met while they were trainees and they became friends ever since. The two are always there for each other and they get along pretty well though they may bicker and make fun of each other at times. At one point in their friendship, YunHee started developing crush on Chen and when Eun Ji died, YunHee went to Chen for comfort.
