My dog uses to go bathroom where she was supposed to but now she's not doing that anymore and it's annoying:( does anyone think they know??

My cat also used to go to the bathroom to pee, but not anymore because she was sick lately. But now she's okay. You'll have to get her to the bathroom, and make her sit on the toilet bowl, she'll then know that that's the place to pee. hope it helps you.
