EXO's Guardians Application

Personality- Marie is very childish, belives in still having her inner child, having a lot of fun and being a carefree person. Along with that, she has some childish habits like puffing her cheeks or sticking her tongue out at something she dislikes. When it's time for her to care for someone or watch over them, she gets becomes more mature to prove she isn't always just a kid and that she can be taken seriously. She even has that inner self when she absolutely hate something or someone, she reacts harsh and sometimes tempermental towards them.

Background information- Marie came from a broken family with her mom being American and her dad being Korean. After her dad got fired from his job when she was 10, her parents divoreced due to her mom not wanting to be the only one to care for the family. Because of that, Marie decided to lose contact with her mom and stay with her dad. It was then that she found her dad is actually professionalized as a performer than a businessman. She saw how her dad loved doing performances, focusing with fire manipulation. Marie was amazed by that and begged her dad to teach her. As the two traveled around, she became a good performer, possibly better than her dad. When she was 15 and they were in South Korea, her father died due to an accident in one of their performances. At first, Marie was all alone due to not knowing anyone and was living in the streets for a few weeks. She still did performances to make some money and to continue her dad's dreams and one day made a friend from one of the crowds and agreed to help Marie out by offering to live with her for a while. Marie agreed and moved in with her new friend, then found a normal job to work at until she finally got enough money to buy herself her own apartment and now lives on her own. She constantly meets up with her friend that helped her and sometimes even performs just for fun.

-Work (She has a job at a cafe and at a convenience store but doesn't like when it's a slow day)

Hobbies-

-When she gets bored sometimes at work, she'll try to sneak out. It happens a lot. (I don't know why they haven't fired her yet. xD)

-Even at home, she plays around with fire, mainly the stove

-Shopping with her friend

-Saving up money a lot. Mostly just to go to Lotte World since it's her favorite place.

Any secret talents?(optional)-

-She can dance really good but hides it a lot since she's embarrassed by it. Sometimes it slips out when she performs. People cheer for her more by that, but she becomes shy about it because she doesn't think she's good at it.

Trivia-

-After her dad died and when she had enough money, she went to get a tattoo on her ankle that was fire, symbolizing the memory of her dad.

-She has a small puppy name Juno.

-She always has a full stock of potato chips in her pantry since she loves them a lot.

-Since she's used to heat, she loves being outside when it's really hot.

Ooh! Ooh! Pick me!-

Why should I choose you to be a guardian?(can be totally made up but has to be reasonable)- I think it'll be interesting having an odd character in the story who's different from the usual ones seen and get a good laugh out of them. Even if my character doesn't get chosen, I'll pretty much still read the story for fun.

How close will your bond be with him?(ex. secretly soulmates, never leave each other's sides, fight like a married couple, cheesy, shy and sweet, etc.)- Starting off as them not really hate but disliking each other (Marie would act very childish towards him) and soon develop feelings for each other and their bond would be shy but cheesy.
