I know it may seem a little drastic and not well-thought out but...I think I will be taking a posting hiatus from now until late May, maybe even June.

before ANYONE who reads this (if there is anyone who reads my stories who also reads my blog lol) suddenly freaks out, let me just say a few more things: 

1) it's a POSTING hiatus. not a WRITING hiatus. I'm also not permanently leaving AFF- you will probablys see me around on AFF commenting, browsing around, etc. I will most certainly still be writing- but it will be slower, much more careful writing that will be really thought out and proofread many times. By the time I return, I actually may be frequently posting because I will have quite a few chapters of Nine Angels in the Alleyway, oneshots and etc. ready to be posted. 

2) i have my reasons:

- I actually do have a lot of work coming up- most of it consisting of studying for my AP exams which are in May. I am also attending another school trip conference so that means writing more papers and doing more research. In that time, I will be extremely busy and, as much as I love fanfiction...it has to take a backseat when it comes to the more important things. 

- if any of you have seen the recent reviews i have received, you can tell they're not the greatest. i asked almost all of them to be harsh and they all did their job well. and why lie about it- it has put a dent in my pride. but not so in a way of discouraging me from writing. more like "i really want to improve myself and write something that i would TRULY be proud of and so will anyone who reads it". This means I will be taking time off to plan out my plots more effectively, reading more books to improve my vocabulary, grammar and writing style and constantly figuring out how to enhance human emotions in my characters. 

3) You may not see me writing during this time, but I may be applying to different review shops so I will definitely be reviewing during this time. I've been thinking of starting my own shop....but I guess we'll see. 

So yeah that's all i really wanted to ramble about. if anyone sees this, all I ask is to read and understand. I personally feel like I've done quite well in not procrastinating as much when updating NAITA and so i have some confidence that i will keep to my promise and make a comeback, new and improved. 

I'd like to deeply thank everyone, from the bottom of my hearts, who have supported my stories and given me encouragements. Do not think you have not been taken seriously, because you have and I love you all for it.
