Personality (Detailed): She is like an ice queen when you first meet her as she would just give you an icy glare or just plainly give you a cold shoulder as she doesn't trust people easily. With her cold steel-blue eyes inherited from her biological mom's side of her family, it looks even more real as her eyes would glow silvery in color whenever she is angry or happy. But in reality is that she is very out-going, smart, open-minded, cheeky, witty, indepedent, active and a bit tomboyish who is very protective of her friends and family. Despite her pretty and baby face, do not underestimate her as she is quite feisty, hence the nickname of Kitten given by her friends and relatives as she is cute and looks younger than her age but her claws are quite sharp when it is out. She doesn't get angry or jealous easily because she believes that there are 2 sides in every story but once she does get angry, she doesn't forgive nor forget it easily.

She happily admits that she is a tech-geek and a bookworm as she loves reading books and also keeping up with the latest technology and gadgets. But he does care for his children in his own way by giving them moral support and financial support though he doesn't spoil them with material things. He does feel guilty for not being able to make his first marriage work with Hyesu's mother but he tries his best to make his second marriage with his second wife work and be there for both of his children despite his busy schedules.

Selena Lee Yzelman | 38 | Publisher and Chief Editor | She is a cheerful, out-going and kind woman who loves her daughter very much. Despite the fact that her marriage didn't work out which resulted in divorce, she still keeps a good relationship with her ex-husband and absolutely adores Minki aka Ren as she thinks of him as her own son. She's quite a talker which sometimes annoys Hyesu but it comes with her job as she is often dealing with clients and people as she owns a publishing company.

Jung Raina | 34 | Teacher | She is a kind, friendly, strict and a motherly woman who had married Hyesung out of both love of him and also Hyesu as she had tutored Hyesu during her visits to Korea as she lives with her mother in the USA until she permanently migrated to Korea for high school. She loves to cook and bakes for her family. She encourages her children to be independent and cunning as she always tells them that the real world is sometimes cruel so you have to be cunning and smart in order to survive.

Family background: Choi Hyesu or Bianca Choi Hyesu which is her full name is the only child of Choi Hyesung and Selena Lee Yzelman. When she was only a toddler, her parents had divorced because their busy schedules and also they were growing apart as well. But for the sake of their only child, they decided to share custody of Hyesu instead of fighting over her like most divorced couples. Because of their decision, she often spend time in both Korea and the USA during her childhood and when her father had remarried she was quite happy to find that her stepmother is none other than her tutor, Jung Raina, who had tutored her when she comes to live with her father during her holidays. When Minki was born a few years later, she absolutely adores and dotes on him. She would often cry whenever she had to go back to her mom in the USA because she didn't want to leave her baby brother behind but eventually when it was time for her to go into high school, her mom had allowed her to permanently move to Korea to be with her father, stepmother and brother.

Childhood | The past: Hyesu's life is like any normal kids that is around with drama and etc. But unlike some people who often do not get along with their step-parents, she is quite close with her step-mother and is lucky as Jung Raina thinks of the girl as her own child and Selena, Hyesu's mom absolutely adores Ren as well. Despite that their father is often away but both of them knows that he cares for them in his own way and looks up to him as he is a hard-working man who provides for his family and will often keep in touch with them whenever he is away. Even though she is constantly moving between countries, she didn't mind it one bit and often says that she has the best of both worlds when it comes to living in both Korea and the USA.

His personality : He's cheeky, mischievous, diva-ish, smart, cunning and outgoing. He likes to tease his noona as he knows that she will never get mad at him for long. Attitude wise, he just like his sister which is to those who do not know them, they would be cold or indifferent but to their friends, it is the opposite. But unlike his sister who is tomboyish, he is more feminine and doesn't mind much being called pretty at all along with the fact that he loves pink while Hyesu loathes that color. He is quite protective and possesive of his sister and doesn't like it when guys would often oggle at her as she is quite attractive as well.

• Yoon Doo Joon of Beast - The first time they met each other was when she had bumped into him while rushing to her audition at Cube and the second time is when he had saved her from being bullied by other trainees just because she is a half Korean and since then, the leader of Beast had always looked out for her and became like an older brother who cares and takes care of her. He's a responsible, charismatic, active, smart and caring guy who doesn't like to see people hurt nor bullied.

• Kwon Jiyong of Big Bang - They met through her cousin, Seunghyun, who is in the same band as him and is like a second older brother to both Hyesu and Ren. He's is a perfectionist, out-going, smart, cheeky and very strict who likes to nag like an omma. Because he is the fashionista of his group, he tends to buy a lot of clothes and dress up his baby doll which is what he calls Hyesu in affection and spoils her rotten.
