It had been eight years since he first met her. But his opinion stayed the same.

That she reminded him of home, of playground, and of love.

Because even if he wanted to deny it, she was the first girl he ever loved like that: unconditional, without any judge, and always enveloped by a warm, oh so warm, feeling.

The first few years knowing her, he treated her like a little dongsaeng. Watched, touched, and kept her safe in any way he could.

Then few years later, he was the only one who knew when she was in and love of loves. Because he watched her from a far. Few he approved but most, if not all of it, he despised.

But the last two years were the worst. Because when she came to him on that fateful night and told him that she had found 'the one', his heart was broken into pieces. So became a coward, hugged her and told her he was happy.

Yet her eyes were sad. And he was not dare to ask why.

And now she is in front of him, telling him that she wants to quit and study to become diplomat. The first thought he has is how then he could meet, watch and touch her later?

But what has come out is a pitiful pledge that he does not know he is able to say so.

"I am going to miss you, Oppa."

She kisses his check and starts to go when he catches her hand and blurts.

"Please don't go. I cannot stand not to be near you."

She turns around and he prepares to be slapped when she looks at him intead and beams.

"Really, Oppa?"

And then he understand. Who was she refered to two years ago. Him. And he foolishly thought it was him.

 "Will you stay if I ask you to, Joohyun? For me?"

"I thought you never ask, Changmin-Oppa"

And when he hugs her close and kisses her hair, she still remind him of home, of playground, and of love.
