venting.

i dont really know what to say in this but i need to vent or something...

right now i just feel like i wanna die, but dont get al worried i wont. im too chicken.

but really im being suffocated by my life, my world. and no mount of KAT-TUN or happy pills could get me to actually be happy right now. (believe me i tried.)

i just dont know what to do i need help.

I want begin to tell you what could help get you out of a depressive slump. For me, when I get that way...I think about the people I love and that love me <3 I try to make time to do things I like. Watch a hilariously funny show (2 Broke Girls is my new one) or just go for a walk. But what ever you do don't think about what you lack or don't have but focus on what you do have and what you want to achieve and start from there~~~
