Where do people go to make those cool wallpapers I see everywhere? With like all those special effects and stuff? I wanna make one too~

i don't really know how to make your own poster, though I guess you could use photoshop or paint... But I know you can get some sites to do a poster for you or even some of your readers or other people from aff. Sometimes, on a poster, it's written who did it and you can check the site or the person and request them to do one for you.
