My friend recommended me this book, and I am into it now. I like it; it's intresting and suspensful. There is also a movie coming out in my area. I am going to watch the movie with my friends later when it comes out ^^

The book is in the main character's POV, Katniss Evergreen. It is the day of reaping, the day where two citizens, a boy and girl, will be chosen from each district to enter the Hunger Games. The Hunger Games was created when District 13 rebelled against the Capitol. To punish the districts and make sure they won't rebel again, or think of rebellion, the set up the Hunger Games. In the Hunger Games, only one person survives out of the 24 chosen. Katniss is in District 12. On the day of the reaping, her sister was chosen. To not let her sister be the one to enter, Katniss volunteeers herself as tribute. As for the boy, Peeta was chosen, a classmate of Katniss. They enter the Capitol and prepare for the Hunger Games. District 12's plan is to make it look like Peeta and Katniss are dating, but it is just a show. The Capitol thinks, 'O What a fun game. Lovers fighting each other.' They announce that they will let the couple live if they kill all the other districts, but at the end, the Capitol says, "Nevermind. Only one can live." causing them to kill each other.

I've only read up to chapter 7 and it's getting intresting, and that is all my friend told me about the book. Can't wait for the movie!
