One of my coworkers passed away yesterday on August 24th. [It is the 25th as I type this]

It hurts. But everyone at work is keeping an eye on me and those that witnessed what happened.

It was an accident, I won't go into details, but I came upon the aftermath of it. I was the first person on the scene. I feel guilty for not getting there faster but everyone tells me I couldn't do much with the situation. I just...
