This is a long shot, but since there doesn't seem to be a way to contact the people who run the site, I'm just trying to see if anyone else has experienced this.  I've changed my password numerous times, and have two-factor authentication, yet twice I've logged in to see a notice saying that I am not the highest bidder, when I haven't bid on anything. 

Has anyone else experienced this?
