muse bio: HERE
Nadya Lin is a 55 year old pixie queenΒ that appears to look 25. sHe is a therapist at the salvatore medical center. She is selfless: Along with the many responsibilities of being pixie queen, Nadya has taken it upon herself to be the best leader she can. She doesn't take the role lightly, having been chosen by fate, and she devotes every ounce of herself to it at all times. If a fellow pixie needs her help or guidance, she will do all that she can to be there, even if that means sacrificing her mental or physical health in the process. The needs of the race as a whole always take priority over her own. She is empathetic: As a rather emotional being, Nadya is quite guilty of feeling the emotions of those around her as her own. If someone before her is in emotional distress, she may often experience it as well, though over the years she has gotten better at coping with such a strong sense of empathy, especially with her current job as a therapist. However, occasionally, the dam breaks and those emotions come flowing out all at once. She is fearless: There isn't much that scares Nadya anymore, though that could be credited to the rather sudden, horrific way her previous life came to an end. Having experienced death once already, she refuses to live her new life in fear of what is to come next. She puts on a strong face before any challenge that confronts her. She is trustworthy: As someone who despises liars and manipulators, Nadya has always prioritized being as honest and trustworthy as possible. No secret uttered to her leaves her lips, regardless of how intense it may be. She prides herself upon being a confidant for many of her fellow pixies. She is maternal: It is naturally within her selfless, caring nature to be as warm and motherly to the younger pixies as possible. On the rare occasions in which she has been the one to find a newborn pixie child on her own before other pixie members she has always taken them immediately under her wing, oftentimes raising them as her own. She can be guarded: Horrible experiences in her past life have led Nadya to being quite guarded and standoff-ish, especially when it comes to anyone who is not a pixie or human. Likewise, she has a very bad habit of concealing her emotions from fellow pixies, never wanting them to worry for her as she sees it as her position to care for everyone else, and not vice versa. She can be impulsive: Her fearless, emotional nature has also led to Nadya being quite impulsive. She doesn't think twice before going after something if she feels passionately about it. As she's gotten older, she has tried to practice more patience, but she still has a bad habit or being unpredictable. She can be emotional: Nadya tends to feel emotions rather intensely despite her efforts to hide it from her fellow pixies. It is not unheard of for the pixie queen to suddenly feel strong sensations, whether good or bad, if the situation calls for it. Though she only shows it to those close to her, Nadya can be fragile at times and it only further strengthens that unpredictability in her personal life. She can be possessive: Just as Nadya is maternal to the young pixies around her, she is also quite possessive in a protective nature. She can't bear to see the ones she loves hurt, and so it can oftentimes lead to her trying to shield them in any way possible from all things bad. Her love and care can be overwhelming in those times. She can be scatterbrained: Particularly in her younger years, Nadya was very prone to dazing out, losing track of her thoughts and location because she had a hard time separating her past life's memories from her own. While she has gotten certainly matured since then, occasionally if something or someone triggers a past memory she may go absent minded.
