Writers/Readers
Riri did this and I thought it's pretty interesting! So here you go about my answers!
- What genre, styles, and topics do you write/read about?
- Writing: Fantasy/Romance
- Reading: Horror/Fantasy
- How long have you been writing and reading?
- Writing: 2009
- Reading: 2004
- Why do you write and read?
- Writing: it's my passion
- Reading: I love diving into fabulous worlds and imaginations
- What parts of writing/reading do you love and hate?
- Writing: I'm coming up with stories as I write the chapters, and music that I'm listening to, inspires me a lot.. So I never know myself where it can go. I love that part because it's more fun this way for me. I hate plain/emotionless/boring paragraphs... So, I'm always double checking every line and this takes a tremendously long time...
- Reading: absolutely love when authors step out of their comfort zone and show me what they're capable of doing with their writing skills! But I hate it when some events/issues in the story make absolutely no sense or are too far fetched to make even a plausible reason.
- How do you overcome writer’s block?
- I listen to music from all over the world, mostly to 'background music', East Asian, Indian, Latin and many more
- Reading news (yeah, because I need to free my mind from the urge of pushing myself to writing ty chapters)
- Are you working on something at the moment?
- Yes: Wanted Love, From Dragons to Unicorns, and TVXQ - The Reunion
- What are your writing goals this year?
- I want to finish the second volume of my book "The Dokkaebi" and hopefully publish it around the end of 2022
- What do you do when waiting for stories to update?
- Unfortunately, I'm too busy to read these days, because of my projects... But when I have to wait for updates, I simply look up other completed short stories to fill the void (^w^)\
Anyone interested, go for it and let me see what your answers are!
*sorry about the typo, I've been writing this on my phone*
