Kiha never intended to be an idol. All he ever wanted to do was make music, but it’s funny how things turn out. Kiha left home and cut ties with his family, joining Loen Ent as a producer in 2015. He later followed Haseul and switched to MIK in 2016 after she established the company. Kiha sees Haseul as an aunt or godmom -- a parental figure -- and he’s eternlly grateful to her for the chance to make music. When the MBz project started up, Kiha originally wasn’t involved; he was just there, helping with concept stuff for the group and working on possible songs to fit the cocnept Haseul was brainstorming. And then she asked him how he’d feel about joining. He has no training, no idea what he’d even be, but Haseul assured him it wouldn’t be a problem. After all, MIK accepts anyone, and trains them to accomodate their needs. Tentatively, Kiha agreed, and somehow he found himself not just within the MBz project as their producer, but as one of the eldest and the tentative leader of the squad.

Being an idol was never something that Jiseon really considered as a career option while growing up. In fact, he’d always assumed he’d go into education, or maybe medicine. But Jiseon’s older sister, Yuna, had an interest in music and a passion for singing, and Jiseon loved his sister more than anything, so he didn’t think twice about picking up hobbies to help her on her road to success. He learned piano and guitar to help in the covers she wanted to make -- he would play for her while she sang, or provide her with recordings of background music to sing to. Jiseon just wanted to see her happy and successful. In 2014, Yuna signed to Source Music and seemed to be well on her way to that success, and Jiseon returned to focusing more on his studies. Occasionally, he would post guitar and vocal covers to his own youtube, but it wasn’t something he focused on until [year] when he was contacted by [name], who wanted him to join their band as their guitarist. Growing up deeply entrenched in music, Seola always knew that one day, she’d find her way into the industry. Her father was the vocalist in a rock band, her mother one of the managers, and from the very beginning, Seola knew little more than music and life on the road. As Seola came of the right age to start attending school, the family settled down in Daegu to provide the girl with a stable lifestyle to grow up in. But Seola still knew....one day, she’d be back on stage. And her parents didn’t discourage that dream. From the start, Seola took lessons in all manner of instruments and things, becoming proficient in guitar, bass, and drums, and even taking lessons with her father in song production, composition, and lyric writing. Just because Dahee is young doesn’t mean that she doesn’t know exactly what she wants. She was accepted young into YG and was passed over a number of times for different projects (including Black Pink, 2016) because of her age before she eventually left. She was later accepted into JYP before being passed over for a number of projects (including Itzy, 2019), again because of her age. But Dahee is nothing if not determined, and in mid 2019, she was accepted into MIK Ent, where she was eventually put into the MGz group. She’s worked hard for her debut in Newtro, and she won’t let anyone take it from her again. After all, third time’s the charm....right?

Dahee has zero interest in dating because she is a BABY and would much rather focus on her career as an idol and beat her parent's deadline with room to spare. (And honestly? Dating would just be messy.)
