hey guys, I'm writing this on my phone while waiting for patients in the ER

hello, my lovelies:

I'm writing all of you from the Emergency Room since I'm currently on duty and have some downtime. I've had an overwhelming need to write lately so I thought I'd write something down and update all/any of you who are still waiting for me to return to my stories.

First of all, new chapters are going to take awhile. Like I said in my previous blog posts, my work has taken about 75% of my time. And since I tend to edit as I write, it's taken nth the amount of time to actually write half a page of a chapter.

Nevertheless, I haven't actually stopped writing. It's just that my interest for Kpop has waned a LOT. I'm an older gen Kpop stan (and predominantly an SM fan) so the new groups are kind of making my head spin. And with 3 of my 4 main biases married to other people, I've felt kind of odd pushing my ships together. I still ship the hell out of Changmin/Yoona and Eric/Lina, of course, that's never gonna change. But it's good to find some other people to pair up, yknow? Or to look at other venues to write/create stories.

Still, I have stories I want to finish and plots for my ships that I want to bring to fruition. I hope you allow me to share them with you in the coming months.

Another reason why I'm posting right now is to see if there are still people interested in reading the stories I plan on sharing. I've been out of AFF for a while and haven't really interacted with any of you since I took my long hiatus, so I'm feeling like a stranger here nowadays. I was wondering if I should start a discord channel or smth. To talk writing and share tips on how to write better? Idk. I'm not an expert. I'm just a big big reader.

Anyway, I have to go now. I spot a patient at the door. See you guys soon for when I update. Kisses!

I will always remember you as a powerhouse in the writing community, and one of the best graphic designers I have seen when it comes to story posters and other edits. To be honest, as an older KPOP stan myself, yet still considerably with less years of experience than you, I 1000% get you. I simply cannot find it in me to get attached to newly debuted groups the same way I did previously. As an avid SMTOWN fan, with the older groups promoting only occassionally, along with all the tragedies, I simply cannot feel that spark anymore for anybody new.

I will be on the lookout for when a new story of yours hits the internet. I will always think fondly of those days when AFF was dominated by true powerhouses and it was THE place for new KPOP fans wanting to familiarize themselves with the headcanons and memes in the fandom. Ah, the goold ol' days.

Of course!! I mean, being an older Kpop fan also means that I’m rarely here anymore but I’m definitely still waiting & eagerly anticipating your updates! Like literally I would come back just to read your stories & to see how some of my fav fanfics thus far will finally end!

I love all your stories and think you should continue to write! It was your stories that lead me to ship Changmin and Yoona. Although Changmin is now married and I’m happy for him, I would still hope that you finished your changyoon stories. Some might think it’s wrong to continue writing as Changmin is happily married, but for me, I would still want a closure, a good ending, between Yoona and Changmin in another world.

I stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that you should keep writing! I'm also an older-gen fan and have noticed that many of these groups don't tend to have many updates anymore, but nevertheless, it's always fun to upload some things just for the fun of it and to see how things go.
And since you mentioned how you were a fan of reading, what are some books that you'd recommend right now?
