I just realized that I haven't updated anything in here. I was done with updating Taeyeon's Little Caffeine and was thinking the next chapter tho. But however, I still need to update my blogs here hehe So further it, let's talk about makeup. I will talk about skincare on my next update due to my unlimited choices of choosing skincare at here.

I'm not a regular makeup user and my personal rating here  is basically about the product I've used on my makeup routine. Some of the products are cheaper because why not? I couldn't afford Fenty Beauty or Sephora type loose powder, we just gotta make use following our tight budget. I hope my guide and routine here will  help some of you with your "maybe first time buying makeup and Idk what should I buy first" type guide.

1) Foundation 

Go for the liquid foundation if you have a lot of spots to cover. Example, if you have ice pick scars on your cheeks, nose. Go for the liquid type. If you only covering certain places, do use BB Cushion.  If you have pustules acne, I wouldn't advice you to use any makeup stuff onto your face for the time being. 95%  makeup product in market mostly is comedogenic. Unless you are certain enough about your  makeup is non-comedogenic, go for it. 

You might don't want to waste your money on some over-expensive foundation.

1) ESSENCE Stay all day 16 hour long lasting makeup 

It gaves you matte-finishing and I could guaranteed you that you wouldn't feel like you are wearing  a foundation. It is so light and creamy and it medium coverage. If you had any powder, touch it up before you done with the makeup. Controlling those sebum with loose powder or mineral powder might help so much. My experiences before with this foundation is actually superb. It never cakey and it much better than me not wearing makeup. I bought a bottle from 2019 and  I finally finish the bottle this month (08/04/2021) Told you I am not a regular makeup user!

It feel light on skin and definitely for the price, I'm purchasing it again!

For makeup beginner who are not quite sure how to play with their foundation, I will definitely suggest this foundation for them to try. But however, it kind limited with their shade. However, it offers medium coverage for a cheap prices.

2) Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation

Definitely hate it. It was my first time trying Rimmel products and got so disappointed with it. I'm kinda expecting more because of their elegant bottle but you know, never judge a book from its cover. One of the advantages that Rimmel offer if you bought this foundation, you wouldn't have to worry of not finding your shade because hello, they had it all! You just have to know how to match your foundation correctly with your skintone and voila! You are ready to go. 

From my first experiences, it is veryyy creamy. Make sure to blend it very correctly on your skin using your sponge or  your finger.  It cover well as it's medium coverage and it do its job on my skin. HOWEVER, it only stay on the skin for at least 15 minutes and it start flaky on my nose. Tried to cover it with my concealer but it keeps making the flaky shown onto skin. I thought my sponge is too dry, so I dampened it bit but nothing could help me with the flaky foundation :( I prepped my face with Toner, Essences, Serum, Moisturizer and some primer but none prevailed. 

I get pretty irritated since I'm in rush of putting makeup and I thought this foundation will done well, unfortunately not on me. As I look over their website, turns out it is a new formula and people had been leaving negative review on the new formula of this foundation. 

I would definitely try if the formula has been upgraded. 

Will I repurchase? No.

3) W7 Genius Foundation

I grab this brand because of the promotion lol. They are making huge clearances sales and I thought, why not trying something new once in a while? In a limited shade and thank god it doesn't look weird on my Olive skin. It is very budget-friendly for a 30ml foundation but it does a good job. It is a small coverage, definitely not a medium coverage. But hey, you got what you pay for! If you are on a tight budget on testing new foundation, I would definitely suggest this foundation for you!

The texture is very creamy and very blendable for sponge, brush or your own finger. It doesn't stay that long on skin but I went outside for grocerries shopping around 2hours, hot weather and wearing mask as well, some of them are still stay on the skin. While others are  transferred to the mask. I have lock it with my setting spray, but it still came off. Not going to complaint much as you pay what you get for, but if you are in emergency, please consider this foundation. 

Will I repurchased it?

It's a good brand, but maybe I will try a different range of their foundation. Very budget friendly.
