Having news from you

Hello fellow members of Aff, how are you? 

I want to have news from you and see how are things in your respective countries under this crisis. And how are you feeling and coping with it? Me i admit this whole pandemic messed up my mind more than usually it is. And my country don't seems to take it seriously or they don't care about our well beings, i try to take all the necessary precaution for the sake of my family but that doesn't seem enough because people are hiding being sick and all. My mind and thoughts are all over place and i don't know how to cope or deal with it. It is likei have a war in my mind;  My suicidal self don't care if i get sick but the other one is trying to push it away. And i don't know which one will win. Maybe you could give me some advice or idea to deal with all of this.

For my readers i'm sorry for not updating my stories soon enough but i will don't worry if you are still interested of course. The thing is since this crisis started people abandoned their pets and i had to step up and take care of them i hate to see little kitten/ puppies starve to death. And now i still trying to find them a good home but it's not that easy because people become more selfish since this started and their meanest streak came to light be it toward other people or animal.

You're so kind stepping in to help care for abandoned animals . That's a really good and admirable deeds. I'm so proud of you . I wish and hope that there's more kind souls like you out there. May God bless your kindness. Keep up the good work. Continue to shine. You're amazing .The pandemic have been affecting many people world wide . Socially , Economically and mentally .

I think what you can do for now is to take one day at a time. Live at the present moment. Don't think about what's going to happen next and etc. All you can do , is to try fill your days with fun meaningful activities. Add value to your day by doing small little things that makes you happy. As long as you have done your best , do your part , it's good enough. Certain things , we can't really control it , so we can only take all the precaution and just go with the flow hoping and praying for the best.

You can try seek for all the support and help that you need. Maybe you can share your feelings with your family or anyone who you can trust. Take a break if you need. Take all the space , time that you need. It's not easy adapting to the normal with all the chaos and uncertainty , but do know that you're not alone.

I hope that you'll feel better soon . Always remember that you're stronger than the test. Never give in to negative thoughts . Life is precious and worth the fight. Brighter days are ahead. Have faith. Take good care.
