Reports that the human brain experiences heightened creativity when it’s relaxed. She's constantly relaxed and never running around like a madwoman, that's why she never stressing herself out of her Next Big Idea.

Most of the time, she doesn’t understand why she isn’t taking action toward something she wants to and/or should be doing. It can feel like a battle fighting against herself to do things she knows are in her best interest, but in the given moment she just doesn’t feel like doing them. Except for the practice which has been determined by the coach, she won't practice on her own. Lucky enough she has natural talent for basket. Also blessed with a smart brain. She only need to read or hear some explanation once, then her brain will grasp it like a sponge. Aaand... different case with cleaning her room. She's a clean freak so no 'lazy' in her dictionary when it comes to cleaning her room.

Hyemin enjoys jokes, wordplay, improvisation, and challenges. She also participates in more diverse situations than most and is good at creating environments that others will enjoy. Too bad this side of her is only shown for those whom she close to. At college she mostly hangs out with some she considers close and is rarely seen talking to other students. Thus people seen her as quite intimidating. Moreover, she is really tall and has a sharp face structure which made her even looks colder than who actually she is. When she approaches her classmates to ask something, sometimes they back off in a hurry, likely due to fear. In fact, she is actually a softie. For those whom she close with, she cares deeply for them. Hyemin is naturally giving, spiritually open, and good listener. If you want heart, Hyemin has got it. Through thick and thin, this world-class nurturers will be there for you.

She is very hesitant to share personal information about herself. Trivial facts are whatever, but ask her something more deep into her family and you'll find her just quiet on her place until the topic is changed. For unknown reason, she always feels inferior compared to others. No matter how much you convince how precious she is, she won't believe it. That's one of the reson of why she hard to fit with someone.

 

Background: 

Ever since her parents passed away three years ago because of a car accident, she lives with her aunt who is a restorer at the National Museum of Korea. It's hard for her at first to accept the fact she's currently alone and only has her aunt on her side. Fortunately, her aunt is the type of friendly person who can make everyone feels comfortable around her. Thus, it only takes less than a year for them became best friends.

Hyemin admires her aunt who is a hard worker. The one who could afford her life as well though she doesn't have a spouse. Getting to know more about her aunt's job made her interested in studying history. That's the reason she chose her current major.

Talking about their finances, Hyemin would say, it's enough. They aren't wealthy nor poor. At least they can eat every day. Sometimes her aunt would even buy that expensive Korean beef for her. Her clothes are nice though it didn't come from a fancy store nor branded boutique. Her aunt at least still can buy her phone and laptop to support her study.

To make it better, she managed to get a partial scholarship due to her smart brain. At least it could lighten her aunt's burden. So as lazy as she is, she will still do her best when it comes to the exam. She couldn't lose her scholarship, right?

It's normal for Hyemin to wake up at least an hour before her first class of the day so that she has enough time to get ready and heading to campus. Good thing the apartment she lived in with her aunt is close enough so that she can just walk to the building. She usually utilises break between classes to take a quick nap and have lunch. After her last class end, if there's basketball practice after then she'd stay in campus area, it's usually in library so she can get some peaceful sleep there. Or if there's no practice on that day, she'll go straight home. you'll find her slouching over her laptop watching some basketball game until midnight before going to sleep. Weekends is usually for hanging out with friends. The only time she'd say yes if one of her friends tag her to a party.
