Just like the title says I need a RPR account 

There are some unknown reasons that made me fail to access my account and I've been trying to log in so many times but I failed.  I also tried to create a new one but also failed. 

I don't know the reason. Maybe rpr is kind of blocked here in the Middle East area. It could be because I'm trying to create an account through the same device and it could be the same ip address but whatever it is... 

I really need help 

I need an account on RPR  because I miss my family and friends there. 

Please please please
