What do I do?

What should I do if my ex gf/ex bff broke up with me and I'm still attached, but she doesn't feel the same? It's really been bringing me down and I just want to get over her, but I can't... Do any of you know what to do?

Hey, I am not a psychologist or an expert but my advice is- take your time. These things always take time, because, unfortunately, we can't just order to our hearts to unlove someone. I am speaking from my own experience, I was in similar situation a few years ago and I thought it will never end, but it did :) Just do what you like, find a new hobbies, spend your time with family, friends...and don't ever look at her social media, try to avoid her. This helped me a lot. In my country we have a saying: When she leaves your sight, she leaves also your mind. I hope you'll have a great New Year and you'll get over her soon.
