— He's the leader of their group, and he's the one that worked out their P101 attendence with the CEO.
— His debut in Starship's next group is guaranteed. All 4 of them are, really. But right now Chanyeol's position is "visual, lead vocalist" and he and the other trainee boys took serious offense.

— He's only the proposed group's lead rapper, but he's also a registered composer, lyricist, and producer, and he intends to establish their group as mostly self-producing.

— He's the smallest. Not just of the attending 4, but of the entire group. It's kind of a Thing
— He's the "Little Big Leader"

— He has a bad habit of writing on himself -- usually on his hands or arms, and almost always in pen (though sharpie also works); these are usually lyrics or melodies to work on later.
— Hayan was considered as a last minute addition to No.Mercy following the elmimination of too many rap focused trainees before Starship eventually chose and added Changkyun.

FACTS:

— He's best at rap, but he's working on being the project group's triple threat by continuing to hone his vocal skills (but not at Chanyeol's expense.)
— He was a trainee at Plan A for 2 years before leaving. So he knows the Plan A trainee squad of Taeri, Haneul, Sunisa, and Sunmi! He also trained with the members of Victon.
— He left the company over differences in the way Plan A wanted ot take Victon and what Seonghui wanted to do as an artist.
— He loves Dove chocolates and uses the sayings on the wrappers as inspiration.

— Looks like a cinnamon roll, can actually kill you.

— Has the voice of a demon when rapping. When talking...not quite as much.
— He has braces, but is due to get them off in early 2020. 
— Everyone is whipped for him. He's the group's treasured maknae. 

— Chanyeol is his favorite hyung.
— He's barely taller than Hayan, but he's still taller, and he doesn't let Hayan forget it. (And he's still a baby. Still growing.)
